As any concerned son, I was leary of any contractor that would potentially take advantage, upsell or BS me. Not only did Roland and Chris NOT take advantage of me...they went over and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable with the quote they provided, timelines and work progress. “Hi Sam, We were wondering if you could stop by sometime soon and let us know what you would suggest for our front lawn. We should have used Structure Landscapes from the beginning and have regretted our decision! The other company might have been cheaper, but you get what you pay for!! We are trying to sell this house and build another one in the area, but when people see the front lawn it looks horrible It may just need to put in another bed to get rid of the rocky areas that won't grow, or maybe the sprinkler heads are just not adjusted correctly. Either way we would like to know what you suggest. Let us know when you can stop by. Thanks, Linda and John”

“I initially hired Reed and Andrew to landscape my front yard in October of 2012, shortly after I moved into my home. The entire process was easy, straightforward, and the project turned out even better than I expected. They answered all of my questions, were easy to work with, and most importantly, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Whenever I'm out working in my yard, the neighbors comment on how great it looks, and I've had many cars stop and ask me who did the work. I was so happy with both the process, and the final results, that I had them do my backyard landscaping last spring/summer. I was even MORE pleased with the results! I love it. Even now, they are great about answering my questions, and I can't say enough positive words about Austin Native Landscaping.”

“Becca & Carlos (Somos Design and Landscaping) were a delight to work with for many reasons, (3) of which I have highlighted below: 1. Their creations/designs are truly imaginative. There is "magical" quality to their work and they have the ability to take a clients vision and create something “uniquely unique”. 2. Professionalism and Craftsmanship from start to finish - they were consistent from the development of the concept to its' execution and eventual completion. Their projects are well-executed and the employees of SOMOS are equally delightful individuals to work with. 3. They are wonderful human beings who are easy to work with, communicate well, and have well-developed ability to create something inspired and visionary. Be advised - if your looking for someone to throw down sod and plant some bushes, this is likely the wrong outfit for you. If you are a creative individual looking for an original design with an artisans touch, their creative abilities warrant your consideration. We would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“They took out ugly grass and redid my backyard, using lots of washed river rock, Brazos river rock, blackstar gravel, put in Flagstone pathway, a stone bench and an awesome waterfall. Took my vision and put it on paper, than in the yard. Trees, bushes and plants also. Wonderful to work with, crew of workers were great. I recommend they highly.”

“We had Jef and his team do some regrading, dig a ditch along the rear perimeter and create a large French Drain running along the back and side of our property. The system integrated into our existing gutters and downspouts, and took the excess water to daylight (away from our house and out of harms way). I highly recommend Jef and his team. They worked hard, were easy to communicate with, highly professional and the most important of all: When we had our first big rain after the project was completed, our house stayed completely dry. Strongly recommend.”

He built an absolutely AMAZING covered patio that has truly changed our backyard patio, and has done a few smaller projects (irrigation and gutters). He is a great communicator, timely, and does great, quality work, with competitive rates. We will be using Briar for all our projects that come up with home ownership and I highly recommend him to others.”
