“We discovered a problem with woodpeckers so I called CPP. Jim told me that he would be out in 20 minutes to see what the problem was. Jim arrived as scheduled. He explained the habits of woodpeckers and what I could expect from them. I told him what I had done already to prevent further damage and Jim said that I was on the right track, and if I wanted, continue trying out my prevention method and if that did not solve the problem, give him a call and he would return. Jim did not charge me for his time. Jim was very gracious and willing to provide advice for a solution. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I told Jim as soon as Spring arrives, I will give him a call to spray for spiders. I will definitely utilize CPP's services in the future.”
