I learned that the sofa was custom made - so I'm sure the chairs were at least special ordered from a showroom in those fabrics, not off the shelf/regular retail items.

This looks like a Silva Furniture - St. James chair in a custom fabric.

A velvet navy sofa. It's so rich and opulent looking, it's almost Hollywood Regency.

These moody floor-to-ceiling curtain panels visually bring down the high ceilings and accentuate other black finishes — fireplace, accent chairs, zebra rug, lampshades — for a cozy feel. More:The Case for Beautiful Black Doors

The stars of this room are definitely the toile barrel-shaped chairs — the pattern pops against the modern mix of rich blues, black and white. The toile pattern is more traditional in style and features images in black on a white background. By upholstering these mod chairs in a classic toile, you create a cool mix of styles. Tip: If you're considering reupholstering a chair with toile fabric, consider its shape. If the chair has many seams, you'll have to match up the scenery in the toile. That's much more difficult than reupholstering chairs such as these, on which the pattern simply covers one smooth side of the chair.

I don't think this will work with the Navy Blue - its too dark. The blue in this picture is more of a royal blue and works with black. I think that Navy, Grey and White will probably look great. We can use some teal for pop if you like.
