It looks like a metallic grid is used instead of grout

Any idea what is up with the grout? The color looks reflective/silver?

It's just the photograph. This is regular non-sanded white grout, although we are not sure of the specific color since it was so long ago - likely Custom Snow White. Custom does make metallic grout now which looks really neat with glass tile, but in our experience it's very hard to get so despite it being on the market almost a year we have yet to use it.

Hope that helps!

What color is the paint on the walls and cabinets? - Are the cabinets more of a bright white and the walls more cream? Or is it just the lighting/pixels?

Good Morning,

All the available info we have is tagged on the image. The cabinet color is a factory finish unique to that manufacturer. We don't have a record of the wall color, but it's pretty close to the cabinet color. It's a little easier to see in some of the other pictures in this project. Both are bright, true whites.

This was ordered with the cabinetry. Simple corbels are pretty easy to find though, so it would be easy to create a similar look with building stock.

The home owner found the pendant on her own. I'm not sure where she found it.

If you have a valuable skill or a vacation home, you may be able to barter for some of the cost of your remodel. Your contractor will still have to pay taxes on payment delivered this way, but it means less out-of-pocket cash for both of you. I have bartered my services for art and pottery before, and it worked out great.
