In this teenager's room, we did a New York details, accessories and taxi cab colors. Painted lamps, a leather bed, subway signs, and re-purposed painted black night stands created a chic and modern room for this trendy teenager. We heart NY too!

We added an antique glaze to the island. Beams started out as white high gloss. We painted and waxed them to transform them into very realistic old wooden beams.
