contracted their services for crawl space and attic cleaning and re-insulation. The crew from Air Quality Express came to my home on last weekend to give me an estimate. They did excellent job of cleansing, sanitizing, and re-insulating. They were very dedicated, and were very competent. I highly recommend Air Quality Express in Houston, TX if you have to get your attic cleaned, especially if you've had rodent issues like we have had. First Judah came to do the free inspection of our attic. He also did a visual inspection around the outside of the house for potential entry issues. He pointed out all the work that would be done and even identified issues that other contractors had failed to point out. Plus the price they offered was very competitive ( much better than other’s quoted us ). The day of the cleaning, Judah and his team put plastic down and covered everything very nicely. They would have me check out the work in the attic as they went through every step, old insulation removal, vacuuming of debris and rodent droppings, sterilizing the attic, putting in the new insulation and baffles. They wire meshed the attic vent areas and sealed off a potential problem outside of the house. Thanks.

My fiance and I have been living in our new, old home for over a year now. It was built in the 50’s but had been remodeled. Since moving in, we began to notice that some of the remodeling wasn’t done correctly. What caught our eye in regards to mold was a musty smell under the kitchen sink and water leaking from the dishwasher. There are also small areas throughout the home that show evident signs of old water damage. For peace-of-mind, I decided to reach out to Air Quality Express. A customer service representative called me back right away, answered all of my questions and gave me information to prepare for my inspection. On inspection day, I met with inspector Judah who was nice, helpful, friendly and most importantly SUPER knowledgeable about all things mold. He had impressive tools to detect moisture and temperature shifts in areas of concern and even pointed out areas I didn’t realize were past water damage was hidden by paint. I had chosen the full property inspection, and that’s exactly what I got. Judah was a true mold detective from floor to ceiling and inside out. Judah walked me through his initial finds, gave recommendations on how to keep water away from our home externally, and then sent off the air and surface samples I approved to test to the lab. About three days later, I received a 24-page lab report and a 15-page mold inspection report with photos, findings, results, and recommendations. I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided. With all that's going on right now, they are so well-managed !!!! Safe spacing and just enough essentials to calm nerves. Such an amazing service! We just bought our first house and had about one week to take care of some cleaning. My friend recommended to have the ducts cleaned. Our home is pretty big and I know the previous owners had two big dogs who shed. It was pretty necessary for us to have the ducts cleaned. We felt like there was something blocking the airway. I'm so glad we used Air Quality Express. They were able to make it out on schedule, they are taking the necessary steps to keep us all safe during the Coronavirus pandemic ( they made sure to stay at least six feet from us and they never took off their masks while in our property) and on top of that their pricing was clear and up front, there were no surprises. Our final bill was reasonably priced and we are happy with the results. It works so much better now ! Thank you Air Quality Express !

Exceptional service from beginning to end. The office was incredibly helpful when I made the initial call and the guy they sent to do the inspection (Judah ) and give me an estimate was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and honest. I knew the moment he left that this was the company I wanted to work with, even though I had two other estimates. Of course it helped that their prices are great. But it was more than that - I just felt in safe hands. They booked me in almost immediately, and the installation crew were incredible - getting through a huge amount of work in just a few hours. Our attic is so much cleaner and with new insulation it has reduced how many times our air conditioner cycles. Great insulation and rat proofing. They took every measure to keep my house clean, and left it spotless. I would happily recommend this company to anyone. First Class Company !

Air Quality Express is AMAZING! I came across them online while looking for a pest control company. I saw that not only did they do attic insulation, but they also took care of rat proofing. We were first time homebuyers and didn’t really know to pay attention to the attic, I decided to take care of both the rat issue and the insulation at the same time. I called Air Quality Express and had an appointment setup immediately, Judah came to do the estimate, nicest guy ever! He calculated my rebates and gave me the total cost out of pocket, of course I said “Yes!” after I received the estimate in writing that SAME NIGHT, these guys are good. Two guys came to do the work, everything was extremely professional, the entire setup was just perfect. The office staff is amazing, Matilda helped me with the application for the rebate and she responded to emails immediately, I can continue to go on and on about how impressed I was with Air Quality Express they have exceded my expectations. Thank you for the amazing work and phenomenal service.

With the virus outbreak I increased my weekly cleaning to three times a week, but this isn’t enough. We needed professionals to come and disinfect our home. We engaged the service of Air Quality Express for my home cleaning and sanitizing and the Specialist that came down was very thorough. Will definitely engage their service again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a deep home cleaning.

A marvelous company in town accommodated my request after calling on their office. However, they also endorsed a repairman to manage the cleaning on the dryer vent. He arrived early at my house and started doing the job appropriately. His cleaning service was indeed reliable and accurate. God knows how blessed and astonished I am that he never failed me. Great for air dust cleaning!!. Very thorough. They were extremely reasonable and were here all day. Brushed and vacuumed vents and identified a rodent problem in one of my vents. they cleaned up after themselves incredibly well. Better than my house cleaner:) I could not believe what was in that vent pipe! If you call them have them do your dryer vent! Worth every penny! If your looking for someone to clean your ducts and dryer vent, these are the guys! 5 stars+

The crew from Air Quality Express arrived on time and carried out their respective jobs in a most professional manner. Judah the team leader, kept me apprised of all the steps being taken and was available for questions the entire time. The work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. We are enjoying the difference this insulation has made to the comfort of our home.

Air Quality Express recently finished insulating our attic and they did such an amazing job with no mess at all. The result of this insulation is just unbelievable. Our house temperature incredibly got improved. It won’t feel as hot anymore and our AC usage definitely went down as it doesn’t feel as hot anymore. The great job they did with the great and low price they charged us for all this work is just amazing. Would like to hereby thank them and recommend them to everyone who needs insulation for their homes.
