My first time calling My Appliance Guy, and I could not recommend this business more!!! The staff were very friendly, professional, and dedicated to helping me. My washing machine broke, and with the work week starting again, it was a very urgent matter. Mario came over immediately for a consultation, and returned with the right part in a timely manner. Now I'm ready for the work week, My Appliance Guy really saved the day!!

Mario and the My appliance guy team did a great job for us! Our dryer was broken and while we initially thought it was just a small issue, they discovered that the issue was far bigger. I’m so glad they took a look at it! They had a great response time and quickly fixed our dryer. Mario was super professional and gave us a great price value as well! I would absolutely recommend them, and I would hire them again!

What a GREAT company!!!!!! They have been called for every repair. The best part is you speak to them before setting an appointment. He has always given me a price range for the repair before scheduling. The last repair was to my front loading washer and he told me how to get the water out of the tub so that it didn't sit over night and cause it to smell. I recommend them to everyone.

Mario and his employees are courteous, go out of their way to come as soon as possible, and have proven to be very ethical. On more than one occasion he has passed up a chance to do a repair when we were better served to replace an appliance. He is also careful to keep repair costs as low as possible. He also takes time during service calls to educate us about how to use appliances mote effectively and to prevent future problems. I will certainly continue to use his services.

I called My Appliance Guy when my washer broke. He was there within a few hours and fixed it better than new at a very reasonable price. The technician explained what was wrong and provided an estimate. While he was there, I mentioned my ice maker had an issue with making ice and he had a new one on his truck to fix it right up. He was courteous and friendly. I would recommend My Appliance Guy to anyone needing an appliance fixed. Awesome service!
