I think at one time when the owner actually did the work, the results were probably good (as seen in the old reviews from a decade ago listed here); however, our recent experience was very bad. The owner is knowledgeable and a good salesman, but the work is done by others who work from their homes all over the country and appear to have very little experience in home design. Additionally, there appears to be absolutely no quality control before the work is issued. (Crazy number of simple CAD errors in each issue in addition to technical errors where the elevations and plans do not agree.) You need to have a lot of technical background reading and understanding design drawings and a lot of time and patience to do extensive markups to get anything close to usable from this company. I would strongly suggest simply paying an architect to get a quality product that you can use and trust to be safe and correct.

Gilbert has worked with us for the last 15 years. He has always been professional and helpful with all of our projects. Close to 100 floor and site plans. He is creative and very knowledgeable. Without him our projects would have never left the ground. I would not dream of using anyone else.

He came to our home to help with plans we had already layed out. He listened to our needs and wants and made suggestions that we had him implement into the plan. We would have used his plans however we chose not to build at this time.

Gilbert and I have been working together over 20 years. Not only does Gilbert have great ideas, he can meet my schedule and at times this has involved absolute heroics on his part. Gilbert has designed over 500 houses for me. We are in the middle of a tricky project right now as I type this. He was able to team up with me and we are achieving some creative solutions. Gilbert is able to achieve so much because he has practical hands on experience and can juggle your engineer, architect and trades and sales people to come up with a design that is functional and easy to follow.

Our time using All Draft was very quick and efficient. In about a months time we went from an idea in our heads to a floor plan to give to a contractor. All Draft was extremely respectful and helpful when we needed advice on flow. The price to get our 3 revisions was excellent also.

Gilbert Maynard provided me with a custom house plan and was extremely patient, timely and professional. I worked with him over a period of four months - I would highly recommend his service.
