Mike Behr of Behr Design Inc - On March 3, 2022, we signed an agreement and gave them a check for $2,970.00 to take our new house plan and put it on CAD and make some minor changes. Mike and Leah said 2-3 weeks for complete CAD construction drawings. 3 months later and a lot of excuses, missed deadlines, unreturned or unanswered phone calls and missing emails, we still didn’t have the completed files. We finally received the files, paid the $2,100.00 balance on June 10, 2022, and hired a reliable draftsman. I have a very complete and accurate accounting to verify this expensive lesson and we are willing to share it. In my 35 years in the construction industry, I have never had an experience like this. I have signed a contract and waiting since Jan 27th with no response from Behr Design. I have 50% down and have gotten nothing but 2 site visits and major miscommunications. I am stuck with no response for a month after leaving 7 voicemails and 12 text messages. (professional messages) My family does not deserve this!

Behr Design has worked with us on drawing plans for a carriage house garage & three season porch. Both buildings blended beautifully with the style of our existing home. Mike was able to show us different options on the computer so that we could get a visual of our project. He was also available to answer questions from our builder. I have referred Behr Design to several friends & they have also been pleased with his work. They are friendly, down to earth & made us feel comfortable with our budget.

Mike has been a pleasure to work with and has come up with wonderful ideas for the expansion and renovation of our home. He is patient with our questions and thoughtful in his answers. I would highly recommend Behr Designs.
