Cline Design Group is a Colorado based firm that specializes in architectural design and Construction on homes ranging from remodels and track homes to high-end Luxury Custom Homes. We have been in Business for 21 years and have built across the Denver Front Range and Summit County. We pride ourselves on Creativity and Quality. Our company participated in the 2008 Parade of Homes and received the prestigious Built Green Award. This same home received the Colorado Built Green Home of the Year award in 2008. We try to incorporate Green Technology into all of the homes we design. Our designs have been built in various cities across Colorado including Denver, Lakewood, and Silverthorne, and that list is quickly growing.

Cline Design Group is a great construction company that I would highly recommend. We have financed numerous projects that Jeff was involved with and have enjoyed working with him. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable in his chosen field and builds a great Home. As a Banker one of the most important aspects of a construction loan is the builder being able to stay within the budget. Jeff has proven time and time again to be able to work within his budget.

Phase One landscapes worked with Cline Design Group on a new home in Greenwood Village, Colorado. From the foundation to final plant installation Jeff and his team were great to work with. He has great vision and was able coordinate with us on all of the outdoor living areas, landscape, and all of the elements needed to complete the house. We hired Jeff Cline from Cline Design Group to design and be the General Contractor for a home we built. We had the lot purchased already. We were very sure of what we wanted in a home and we explained what we wanted and Jeff designed a home that fit us perfectly. The design process went very smoothly and Jeff worked well with our HOA architectural control committee. We then hired Jeff to be our General Contractor. Jeff spent a lot of time with us to make sure that the house was put on the lot to take advantage of the views which I fully appreciate now and did not recognize the importance of at the time. Jeff kept us on schedule and within budget. The trades Jeff used were excellent, courteous, profession and very high quality. Building a house can be stressful but I think that we worked together so well that it was as easy as the process can be. We moved in 5 years ago and are very happy with our new home

He is willing to incorporate both the clients desires and his own vision for what makes to be a great home. Jeff Cline was our architect and builder. That was very convenient as we went through the design and building process. He understood everything from a design, engineering, and a cost standpoint. Jeff is very knowledgable in building homes. He was very reasonable in his charges. He took the time to really get to know us and our tastes in designing our first new home. We could not be any happier with our home. It came out even better than we had expected. We were able to make a modern home on the inside with a Mediterranean look on the outside and it all flows together beautifully. It is modern but yet very inviting, ready for socializing, and quite stunning inside and out. Even though he got super busy building many homes, he and his assistants kept the project moving and we are more than thrilled with the final outcome. He is more than a builder; he is now a friend. His congenial personality is very easy to work with but I know he has the respect of his subs to get the work done efficiently. We would highly, highly recommend Jeff Cline and Cline Design Group.

J eff did a great job building our house. From start to finish everything went smoothly and he was always available for our numerous questions. He is organized and pricing is fair. One of the most important things is he is an architect and builder, so the design to build phase goes smoothly with no extra meetings or surprises since he knows during design what is feasible build wise. Why design something if build wise it's cost prohibitive? Jeff knows that and is on site addressing problems unlike big companies where you meet the head guy then disappears handing it off to a supervisor you've never met. I don't know how many design meetings (to pick out things) Jeff personally went to but I don't know many other builders who would do that. Of course there wear snafus along the way but Jeff took care of those. Build time was about 14 months.
