Coupard Architects & Builders is a Falls Church, Virginia based company. We are a licensed Virginia Class "A" building contractor specializing in the design and construction of residential remodeling projects and new custom homes in Northern Virginia. We offer an Architect-led design/build process which differs greatly from a builder who offers design services. The architecture is not a single phase but the driving force that is carried throughout our entire process. We take an interest in projects and budgets of all sizes. Commented: How low does the light fixture hang?The lighting track called a "monorail" hangs from fittings that screw into the ceiling at different standoff heights. We used TECH lighting company and they most likely have the specifications online ...

Commented: Where can I purchase the track lighting?The lighting is low voltage by a company called TECH lighting. It comes in various track mounts and glass options for the lights. The track is flexible making it ideal for ceilings such as this.
