David is fantastic. I bought a mid century modern home in Sewickley Heights that was built in 1960 and completely renovated it, added on, and built an outdoor pool, patio and kitchen area. It was a very large project and David helped me with the design and getting all the approvals and permits. I am not sure if the project would have went as smoothly without his help. It was challenging and required a number of approvals with the historical board. They had a great deal of respect for him and that was critical to getting the designs approved. We really clicked and he knew exactly what I wanted. We changed the design as we went, because some things just needed adjusted. Totally a result of me and deciding to adjust the plans. David was very responsive and timely with the changes. He provided some great ideas and helped to create a terrific end result. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Professional, timely, responsive, and so very easy to work with. The project did not come in on budget, but that was entirely due to my changes and upgrades, not David. He provided terrific ideas within the budget, I simply changed some things that resulted in a higher cost. I highly recommend David. You will not be disappointed. He took on every aspect of the project and made sure everything that needed to be done was done from the designs, change orders, approvals, permits, and inspections.

David is now working on the 2nd of 3 projects that we have hired him for. He is very skilled prompt and professional. He has been very involved in our projects and helped with all zoning matters and permits. He discussed fully all the options that we had available and made recommendations prior to our final decision. He took all the necessary steps to make sure that our projects were done correctly and in a timely manner. He always listened to our concerns and addressed them appropriately. I recommend David without reservation and know that you will be completely satisfied with his work.

David was terrific to work with. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took our ideas and put it into workable drawings to help our ideas get off the ground. He took our existing architecture into account and designed a new garage that is not only functional but also fits perfecting into the setting and looks like it was there for the 100+ years our house has been here. We get lots of compliments on the project, including from people we don't even know but who are just walking by.

David St. Jacques has designed several large projects for us. We couldn't be more thrilled with each and every one! Every project of any magnitude comes with glitches and unforeseen set backs, but David handled each one smoothly and with great creativity. All we had to do was tell him our vision and he turned it into an even better reality. These combined projects turned a lovely but rather ordinary house into a totally unique, one-of-a-kind home that makes entertaining a joy! We would recommend David's talents to anyone who wants to make creative changes or additions to their home or workplace.

David is a gifted designer! He is a great listener and has an uncanny way of taking your wish list and ideas and making them come to life! My husband and I can't wait to begin construction. We would highly recommend him.
