We love F9! We have known and worked with F9 Productions for years in Colorado. I personally live in one of their gorgeous town home designs, and we work with them through our business Ai STUDiO. It was really easy working with Lance and Alex. They listened to my goals for our addition project and helped us design our home with the features we want. Lance and the crew at F9 Productions are fantastic to work with! I had a failed project with a different architect. That guy never returned calls, didn`t listen to what I was saying and took forever to deliver a drawing that wasn`t what I wanted. I first contacted Lance and explained my situation. He put me with Alex who listened to what I wanted and delivered a quality drawing in record time. I needed to submit a site plan to a town planning meeting and Lance offered to be there which I thought was very caring and professional. I would definitely use F9 Productions again and highly recommend them.

We hired Alex Gore from F9 to design our dream home in the mountains. Alex patiently listened to our top priorities in design and then provided wonderful ideas that spoke directly to those priorities. He also pointed out issues we might not have thought of and suggestions to reduce costs and waste. As owner builders, Alex was great at answering questions that a contractor would already know as well as providing insight into the construction process based upon his own experience on job sites. As our home is off the grid, Alex was great at working with a variety of other engineers/designers to ensure that our systems were integrated even from the planning and design phase. Alex has a confident, open and collaborative approach. Alex was true to his word. If he said he would have something done by a certain date, you can believe that he will deliver it on time which is not the usual. This also includes the bid for the work. F9 respects how quickly costs can expand and adhered to the quote for the work without any upcharges. I would absolutely recommend Alex and his team.

F9 Productions is an outstanding full-service architectural firm. We hired Alex Gore and his firm to be our lead architectural and structural engineering partner in the design and development of our custom home. This included a detailed and laborious HOA review process with an architectural design committee (including architects from top firms in Denver/Boulder) that required a professional architectural team, structural team, build team, landscape team, etc. And that required a multi-month review process to evaluate every detail of the plans/house from surveying and exterior design, to elevations, materials, colors, lighting and more. Often the design review process for this gated community can easily take a year. F9 made sure we addressed every required change quickly (topographical, structural and design) and secured approval in a matter of months. We highly recommend Alex Gore and F9 Productions. They are incredibly talented and can tackle, and have tackled, any kind of project from custom residential, to multi-unit, to commercial and more. Not to mention they have construction management and building expertise which is very helpful during the architectural and structural engineering process. We evaluated several firms in Colorado and are extremely happy that we were able to work with F9 Productions. They were very professional and patient with our endless notes to address and make updates as needed (also, a special thank you to Alex Gresh who was our primary designer). Finally, for those who have an interest and affinity for architecture, Alex Gore started his career working for world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind who was the original master architect for the World Trade Center Freedom Tower after 9/11 as well as the architect for the Denver Art Museum Hamilton Building (the extension with titanium peaks). That speaks volumes. There is incredible talent, enthusiasm, and client support at F9 Productions. We highly recommend working with them.

As a builder I can’t say enough about Lance, Alex, and the F9 team. They are always very responsive to questions during the build process to ensure clients experiences continue to be great even after designs are complete.
