Fagan Design Build Studio Fagan Design Build Studio is a comprehensive creative consulting firm that explores a variety of design topics pertaining to the fields of Urban Design, Architecture and Historic Preservation. The studio also acts as an owner’s representative in matters of Construction Management, Urban Planning and Zoning relief. Overall, the firm’s goal is to provide clients with innovative design solutions, exceptional graphic imagery and hands-on project management. In the spring of 2008, Chris Fagan established Fagan Design Build Studio Inc, to provide freelance design services. Over the past eight years the company has grown to accommodate a dynamic network of design, engineering and construction professionals. In that time, Fagan Design Build Studio has been fortunate to work with a diverse array of clients ranging from individual property owners to larger design firms and municipalities. The firm is currently based in Newport, Rhode Island but it frequently takes on a variety of national and international projects.
