We had previously obtained a mediocre, off-the-shelf design that really needed help. Duane was able to bring our design up to a whole new level. His relaxed attitude worked well in what could have been a very stressful process. He was understanding, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We often receive compliments on the finished appearance. We highly recommend Innovate Design Collective.

I live in a Wonderful Custom home Designed by the Innovative design team. Duane took my self and my wife's visions and ideas and executed a real set of home plans that was better then we could have envisioned. Great communication, innovative design and a pleasure to work with. They helped take out project through subdividing, development permit, and builder permit plans. They were able to manage the design aspects of the process through this process.
