Joel designed the interiors of our new house and he and his team couldn't have done a better job. His vision and ideas are superior; he listened closely and transformed our piecemeal ideas into a cohesive, incredibly chic space that is so much more than we ever imagined. His technical knowledge proved invaluable as he helped us through some extraordinarily complex issues with our builder. His talent is remarkable and words cannot adequate describe it.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joel Kelly Design on numerous projects over the years. It was apparent from my very first encounter with Joel, that he and his company were going places. He has a great eye for design and detail, and his ability to quickly work through complex construction details makes for a smooth flowing process. I find his approach to doing business refreshing. Joel Kelly Design was the company who designed our home. Needless to say we are elated with the outcome. It's everything we dreamed of and more. The attention to details and his vision was simply perfect. We also had Joel take over the interiors and has done a beautiful job. We wanted New Orleans/ Contemporary and he nailed it. Joel first was hired by me to draw plans for a historic renovation in Highlands NC. The contractor said that Joel was the best architect he had ever worked with. The project was sensational. After this, I hired Joel to create a plan for a raw loft space that I planned to make my home. Joel was in charge of construction management and was responsible for a great deal of the interior design. When this project came along we had become good friends and I will say that not only was the finished project beautiful but it reflected how I lived my life day to day. It simply suited me well.

When it was time to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in the Tower Loft in Atlanta, Joel was my first choice. I had seen his work before and knew that attention to detail would be a given. His team was excellent in working within my budget and developing creative solutions to challenges that popped up along the way. Joel really listened to my priorities in the early conversations and was great at explaining the necessary tradeoffs to keep the project on budget and on schedule. The finished product far exceeded my expectations and 6 years later, I still marvel at the work that was done. The loft gets consistent accolades as one of the most unique and beautiful lofts in Atlanta. I give Joel tremendous credit for taking the old space and transforming it into not only a beautiful home, but a stellar example of how proper space planning can make a huge difference in the functional use and flow within the home.
