We hired Lauren a few months back to help us design our kitchen and patio addition project. We were impressed with her knowledge, her strong sense of design and her attention to detail during the initial phase of design. Our existing home is a two story home. She was able to help blend the new addition to the existing home. She listened to us patiently and provided many creative ideas and suggestions to produce a beautiful design. What made us love working with Lauren even more is that she is a problem solver who cares about her client's project. These were done with her prompt actions and response. Like all home remodel, we encountered a budget issue. She offered her own time to help us come up with a comparable design that still met our needs. We live in an HOA neighborhood. We gotten approval from the HOA for the new addition, even then we still ran into issue with our neighbor. Lauren immediately responded to our frantic email on Friday night and offered alternative solutions. This was awesome! Imagine yourself having to fret over the weekend about a major issue feeling helpless not knowing if anything could be done. When we got a email response from her that same Friday evening responding to our email saying she will help come up with a solution; we felt much at ease over the weekend. This emergency situation without a doubt proved to us we picked the perfect architect. Lauren never showed signs of frustration and had great patience when we tried to explain what design we had in our mind. Likewise, Lauren's calm demeanor in explaining construction blueprints made it easy for us to ask her questions without feeling dumb. During the construction phase of the project, Lauren would promptly provide feedback or answers to our contractor and designer's questions. We are extremely grateful that Lauren is part of the team that helped us reach the end goal.

We hired Lauren to design a guest house and remodel our main house. Her design, creativity and attention to detail surpassed all expectations! Lauren also listened to our concerns and suggestions and help guide us through the process. Our contractor was impressed with the plans and specifications. Everything worked! We hired Lauren earlier this year to basically redesign our entire home and have been super impressed with the quality of her work, her attention to detail, and her ability to hone in on our particular aesthetic. The whole process to date has been seamless and we are already in love with the new design. Additionally, she has been fantastic about managing the whole process with our contractor, making sure that all of the plan details are accounted for, etc. We would highly recommend her for anyone needing architectural design assistance.

Lauren is brilliant. 110% recommend. My husband I bought a 1970's home in Magnolia (Seattle) a few years back that desperately needs a face lift. Lauren drew up plans for an update to our exterior siding and decking, a 200+ sqft deck addition and a large kitchen renovation. She seamlessly weaved our feedback and wishlist items into a beautiful plan that represented our style and formality level while staying true to our home's original design. We threw several new (and random) ideas at Lauren throughout the process yet she and her team never batted an eye. She and her team also helped us with city permitting diagrams when we needed them at the last minute. We could not be happier with the outcome and, more importantly, working with her throughout the process was a joy and something we looked forward to. Lauren gave us an initial estimate on total costs of our partnership and came in within range. She was super timely with email responses and very flexible on meeting times to review plans. Now we are just excited to build it! Hire her! You won't regret it.

Finding a great architect can be challenging as we have worked with many being a local design firm. Lauren by far surpasses any other architect we have worked with on every level. Lauren is professional while being personal. She is creative while thinking about the end product and how it functions for her clients. Our favorite thing about working with Lauren is that she is extremely collaborative which makes projects not only more fun but creates a much better end product. We always enjoy working with her and can't wait for more future projects together. We highly recommend her!

I highly recommend working with Lauren. She was thoughtful in her design work, and did a great job of listening to our vision. She was able to translate that vision onto paper in the first round of concepts. She walked us through tradeoff decisions, and was able to find creative solutions to fit in all the requirements we had in our house design. We're now in process of building our dream home - thanks to her hard work on the design. We've really enjoyed working with her, and would hire her again.

Lauren was amazing to work with! In selecting an architect for our kitchen addition Lauren was both competitive and very responsive. When we hired Lauren it really came down to her personality and understanding of our style and vision. Lauren is very flexible with her hours and would even come over for a meeting after our newborn was in bed. She catered to our needs and was very accommodating.

Lauren Crocco is extremely gifted at her craft and has been a true pleasure to work with. She asks all the right questions and listens thoroughly so she does it right the first time. We had virtually no re-work only fine-tuning. My wife & I hired Lauren in 2013 to help us design our 1500 square foot addition to our existing home; including a new front entry, master suite, closet & bath, nursery and downstairs bedroom. Lauren helped bring our dream of opening a small business to life. My wife and I hired Lauren in Jan 2015 to architecturally design our modern farmhouse-style home in Louisville, CO. While based in Seattle, Lauren has Colorado ties and thus understood the importance of designing a home that not only would allow us to take advantage of the seasons, but also that fit our family and lifestyle. Lauren worked closely with us in the design process itself, and the city to ensure that our house met all regulatory requirements--which streamlined the permitting process and ultimately construction. She further worked closely with our builder and was readily available to ensure that her/our vision was accurately captured--both from an external/structural standpoint, as well as internal/design perspective. The result of her efforts show in the finished product--which, as it turns out, will be featured in a Denver home/lifestyle magazine in Spring 2017. My wife and I understood at the outset the importance of finding the right architect; we wanted someone that shared our vision, was professional, attentive, and ultimately extremely talented. Lauren exceeded our expectations. Our home is absolutely perfect.

We hired Lauren to provide the design for our master bedroom remodel. She did an excellent job! We love our bedroom retreat. It was a challenging space to design with sloped ceilings. Lauren listened to our priorities and gave us exactly what we wanted, but with more beautiful results that I imagined. All that and she helped us stay within budget.
