About Us

Living City Architecture provides custom architectural designs focused on the individual needs of our clients. Our experience ranges from large mixed-use buildings to custom single family home additions and renovations and our services range from full documentation to consultancy. As licensed architects, we work to streamline the design, bidding, and construction processes in coordination with other specialized design and engineering practices. We design and build every project digitally with 3D building information modelling software (BIM) so our clients have a dedicated webpage with live access to their digital building during all phases of the project. This allows our clients to visualize design options in 3D and to make informed decisions during the design process. A fully realized digital 3D model also allows us to coordinate with engineers and contractors to avoid building system clashes and minimize costly mistakes.
