Outline Home Design

for the first time ever ive decided to go anywhere i can to tell about my experience with Tim and Outline Design WHY: because when my contractor failed to secure the proper permits or design to have what turned out to be some major issues and unnecessary variances with out city permission, when realised he screwed up he walked off, I'm no builder, i just wanted my family to have an additional structure and patio to make our home more enjoyable, and after all we went through (court pending) it was AMAZING the professionalism and skill that Outline brought to us, with now proven reassurances of their work (obviously at this point we are skeptical of everyone) Also Important to note that the detail was amazing and maybe that's how it should look but the guy who did the original (contractor) looked like a word document with numbers and colour boxes in comparison. I cant thank them enough for what they did, fast and fantastic. I now have a approved and permitted and from the city without question, place I can be proud of. We want to invest in some properties in the future )for rentals) and we will be doing more then our due diligence in the future on contractors but I'm sticking with Tim to make my investment dreams a success. Not that Tec savvy so my numbered name does not mean some kid of auto review scam, just didnt know how to add it lol Thanks team

We hired Tim to design a house for us. Building a house was completely new for us, but Tim made the design process effortless. He was very responsive to any concerns we had and he worked well with our contractor. His fee was very competitive and was much more reasonable than a few other design firms we met with. We are very happy with the final result and have no hesitation recommending him. If we were building another house we would definitely use Tim again.
