Matt is my favorite architect! I've worked with him on several projects, and his ideas always go far beyond the ordinary. He's creative, has a great eye, and knows how to bring a project from idea to execution. Highly recommended!!

I am currently working with Matt on a multi phased remodel and addition to my 1954 Cape Cod style house. It is a pleasure having Matt in my corner as we navigate this rather long project. Matt understands the potential pitfalls when modernizing an older home. His design allows my family and I to have all of the latest amenities within our home while staying true to the overall Cape Cod style on the exterior. I highly recommend Matt Piper, he is an absolute pleasure to work with!!!

From start to finish, Matt was very understanding of my limited knowledge of a building project and took the time to describe the general phases as well as specific details that I was interested in. He could described the differences in execution between design, engineers and construction. Matt was very astute in predicting hurdles and managing hick-ups along the road and keeping me informed. What was most comforting through the project was Matt's accessibility and his assurance that he would see things through. I would definitely be using Piper Architects for my next build project!

Matt designed an addition (pop-top) to our 1978 vintage house. The addition included a new master suite with walk in closets, master bath, second floor laundry room, and updated first floor family room. His creativity and attention to detail was fantastic. We love the space!
