We were in talks with other contractors for our house renovation before we decided to go with Arch. Rafa (Rafael Alzona). One of the best decisions we made. He is a professional and hands-on contractor. He coordinates with us regularly making sure that we are aware and agree with the changes happening in the house. He always visits the site to make sure that his men are doing the right thing. You can also count on his team of workers, they are courteous and reliable. I highly recommend Arch. Rafa and his team. They provide options and work around your budget. Amazing project result (let the pictures speak for themselves) and good after client service. We got the house renovation that we wanted and gained a friend in the process. Win-win indeed!

Honest. Professional. Creative design due to his academic excellence ( honor graduate of oldest university in the Phil. (UST) and travel and connection with peers. Keen eyes on details on all phases of work. Was highly praised for his proposal thesis on Airport. Gets design work done on schedule with excellent quality. Always keep customer needs and wants in mind. Can work in team or alone. Open minded to new ideas. Is very energetic and has excellent communication and social skills.
