We met with Bryan for the first time this week. We are Very excited to start our dream home with Bryan Rains. He was confident that my visions can come to reality. We are thrilled and fortunate to be on this journey with Bryan.

I have worked with Rains Design for over 12 years, and have successfully completed numerous high end custom homes from their excellent plans. The process of taking an idea from the initial stages through to a city approved plan can be exhasting in the wrong hands, but Bryan's endless enthusiasm and upbeat attitude make the project enjoyable. He is very easy to work with, and tries consistently to go above and beyond.

Bryan did a great job designing our house. We explained to him an idea of how we'd like to see it layed out and he executed it just the way we envisioned it. Bryan was also instrumental in working with the city for permitting.
