I have been collaborating with RVA on a ommercial project for a GC client of mine. RVA acted as local architect, dealing with all the aspect related to planning application building control and licensing. I have been personally dealing mainly with Marta from RVA and I can only say has been a brilliant collaboration

RVA provided excellent professional guidance to help us visualize and then plan out the exact details of our house renovation. It was very much a collaborative process and they were quick to make iterations to the drawings, based on our wishes as clients. RVA project managed the council planning application process with aplomb and helped us secure planning approval, based on the detailed SOW, drawings, plans and extra details they provided in their submission. On top of all of this, they're also very nice people. Very personable and super responsive. Would highly recommend.

We undertook a ~3 month house renovation with RVA and the construction team associated (We Love Build). Could not recommend Riccardo and his team more. We were quite anxious having heard many stories of overrun costs and time. Riccardo (and Serena) were excellent at keeping us up to date, our project only ran 1 week over (which is nothing!). They were easy to work with, quick to communicate and extremely clear on timeline and costs. They were also flexible to adjust the schedule of works as needed as we needed to move into the house 2 weeks before project completion as we could not extend our temporary place. Would highly recommend to any of our friends and family.

When my spouse and I decided to renovate and extend our early Victorian basement terraced house in West London, we engaged RVA Team for their design and planning services. Right from the start, they were enthusiastic and provided excellent ideas. Our plans were ambitious, but they embraced the challenge with no hesitation. Throughout the design phase, Riccardo and his team were patient with our requests for changes and continued to provide innovative solutions. They worked tirelessly with the local council to secure all necessary approvals while maintaining our original vision. Once the building works commenced, the project management was outstanding. RVA Team was transparent, clear, and meticulous in discussing every detail with us. Overall, we had an exceptional experience working with them.

We are interior designers and have worked on several projects with RVA over the last 5 years or so. Their offering is the ideal package as it comprises architectural drawings, planning services and then project management once the build is live. We find it dovetails perfectly with us as we can slot in our fit-out design with their package, and then during the build we get to meet on site with the architects who carried out the original design - which means trouble shooting is painless. The RVA team are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - we look forward to many more collaborations in the future!

Riccardo and his team have been excellent partners through our planning application, design and build process. They truly offer an all in one service which takes the stress away from building projects! They have supported us even before the offer was accepted on our property, and with a good understanding of our needs, they were able to give advice on the extent of work required. Our planning application was in a conversation area where attention to detail and managing the conservation officer was very important. They managed this process and made all the required amendments while keeping us involved and up to date on all issues and concerns. We continue to work with them on the interior design and build of the property. Riccardo remains very involved in the project and is always on site when required and gives very clear direction to the builders which is very efficient and avoids any surprises. I highly recommend his services.

I’ve worked with Riccardo on several projects so far and it was always a pleasure and a big success. He and his team are reliable, meticulous, pragmatic, and very experienced in design and planning services. We recently worked on a planning permission application for a loft extension which we were told was not easy to get approved by the Clapham Council. Riccardo and Marta have been always confident and advised about design decisions and constraints to consider. The whole process from the concept to the application submission was smooth and quick, and got approved! I highly recommend RVA and look forward to working with them again.

We recently completed a very complex and extensive house renovation in Kentish Town. The original designs were done by Architects AHMM, but there was still a lot of work to be done and Riccardo and his team were excellent. With the help of his super efficient and detailed team, Elisa and Marta, they brought the vision to life. Where there were any design challenges or changes, they responded creatively and swiftly with very detailed drawings that not only addressed any issues but enhanced the project. Their ability to do this whilst understanding the needs of the contractor was impressive. We are incredibly demanding in terms of design and finish and they more than delivered on our expectations. Their attention to detail was in line with ours and they were incredibly helpful with proposals for materials and finishes. Most importantly, they managed to do all of this without prejudicing our tight budget. Always looking for solutions that would work within our financial constraints and providing several options. We couldn't be happier with the results and we would not hesitate to recommend Riccardo and his team and have done so several times already.

Riccardo and his team helped with the design work for our property which included remodeling the existing space as well as an extension. We found them very reliable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had many changes to the design but Riccardo was always very accomodating and understanding. He brought some great ideas and was creative in his design. His advice is very practice and he always tries to balance the scope of work and budget which is challenging at times. Him and his team also helped us navigate the various approvals required and obtained the required planning permission for our works. He works with a great build team and helps us bring his design to reality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riccardo for any building projects!

We would highly recommend working with Riccardo and team when considering design and planning application services for your project. We were new to the planning / design / renovation process so we were looking for a team who would be able to guide us through the process from start to finish and we are glad we selected RVA. RVA’s excellent communication and quick design services helped move us from concept design through to a planning application within the constrains of a relatively short timeframe. RVA also put together the statement of works, and leveraged a close relationship with the contractor to get the project started successfully, and ensure all design details had been considered in advance. We are very pleased with our lovely new home, and this is in large part thanks to the upfront efforts of Riccardo and team. Many thanks guys!!

Riccardo did the design work for a major kitchen extension, utility room move and various other changes in the house and project managed the work. He was always entirely reliable and gave excellent advice. He brought with him a build tram who were outstanding and, despite a 3 month, full-on project we were sorry to see them all go at the end. Very pleased we chose RVA and would highly recommend them
