i've worked with this firm on three different projects over the past 12 years two were major renovations and additions to my suburban home including major landscape architecture and design. the house is a 1927 normandy tudor and their vision and execution to renovate, modernize and still preserve the sense of the original design was deft and agile! the third project was a renovation of an apartment in nyc with an entirely different set of challenges and again their work was top notch. they will tell you that they spend more time than your typical firm in the design and specification phase and that will pay off with hardly any change orders and a smoother construction process and they are correct.
