From the first meeting I instantly clicked with Steve. He had strong construction knowledge and a true passion for building design. When he presented the initial design I was thrilled with what he had created. I made very few changes and insisted that he push through with the application as quickly as possible. Steve’s help and advice stretched through into construction. He was always available to clarify any queries. I found the plans clear, comprehensible and very detailed. Now living in the home, I can honestly say that engaging Arc1 Design was the best decision that led to straight forward build and an amazing home to live in.
