Bill has been incredible to work with from start to finish! Not only did he design an amazing home for us to live in but he also provided guidance throughout the new construction process. We couldn't be happier with the vision that Bill created for us! We provided Bill with an incredibly vague idea of what we were looking for and he made our vision come to life. We purchased what we were told was a complicated lot by may individuals but Bill didn't shy away from the project like many others did, instead he embraced it and designed a home that worked with the difficulties of the lot instead of fighting against them.

Bill was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with while architecting and designing the remodel of my single family home. I bought an old 1950s cape cod during the pandemic that needed A LOT of updating. Bill was able to take the loose direction I provided and transformed my home's current state and designed it into a present day functional home. He is a visionary with potential options and shares iterative drafts throughout the entire process. After working with Bill, he packaged up my home's design in the proper format so I could submit the remodel plans to the county to obtain my building permit. This packaged design/blueprints were instrumental while coordinating with my contractors and vendors. Bill is very resourceful and more than willing to connect you with people in his network for the work you need done in your home (roof, electrician, structural engineer etc.). You won't regret hiring Bill, he's a phenomenal designer, listens to his client(s), and incredibly responsive/adaptable throughout the entire project.

This is a review of the house design that Bill Chesshire did for me in Severna Park, Maryland. His design is unique in that it it a one story with high ceilings so the feel is great spaciousness. The master bedroom is huge with a walk-in closet that has plenty of hanging space for clothes. My main bathroom is completely functional with a walk-in shower with no step down. The floor just flows into the shower area. When guests step in the front door, they get the whole view at once, looking straight back to the huge, high kitchen windows, which also gives a person, a quick glimpse of the beautiful setup of the kitchen even before they get back to that area. I am so enjoying living here.
