About Us

North Country Design & Build Inc. is a Residential Design Firm registered with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Jen Schwindt is a Qualified Designer under the Ontario Building Code Act and has her BCIN (Building Code Identification Number). North Country provides architectural drawings for construction and building permits. Jen has the design skills, experience and knowledge to bring together a custom home that you can be proud of. Her interior design background combined with her technical construction knowledge will ensure you end up with a final project that you love.

In 2005 Jen took our ideas and put pen to paper to create a set of working drawings for our custom home. We were extremely pleased with the results which also satisfied the Building Department in our Municipality. We would highly recommend Jen for any design/build needs. Jim & Ingrid Visser
