My husband and I contacted Reggie at the direction of a local builder. We had a rough sketch idea of a floor plan, room sizes and style of exterior we were interested in building. Reggie suggested meeting with us at our lot so he could get an idea of how the house would be positioned on the land. From there he scheduled our design appointment and completed the job timely. He kept in touch during the design period with status updates. When he forwarded over the first look of his design, it was beyond our expectations. He was able to put to paper exactly what our minds eye had imagined and more. Reggie is a true professional, fantastic to work with and has integrity. We will absolutely recommend R. Reggie was able to transform a general design we found on the internet into a spectacular plan that we can now present to builders for the bid/build process. Every step of the way Reggie worked to utilize every square foot of the plan footprint to give us everything we wanted while trying to maintain our budget. Great Experience. If I ever need another architect, I wouldn't consider anyone other than Reggie Allen. From the very beginning he set expectations and walked me through the entire process so that I would know what to expect and when and how the project would progress. He made sure that we both understood how he and I both had roles in the process/design to keep the project moving forward timely. He did everything that he promised and in many cases went above and beyond in my project design. He communicated with me at every step and kept me abreast of where we were in the project timeline and was always available for a call, text or email. Reggie is very detail oriented and was able to take my rudimentary ideas and drawings and turn them into reality. I love the final custom house design that Reggie created and I look forward to starting the building process within the year.

Reggie took a basic internet home layout and created a wonderful set of home plans. He helped us make decisions about design elements that enabled us to save cost in the build.
