Redman Watson was established in 2002 and is a diversified Interior Design Firm specializing in Hospitality, Commercial and Residential Design. Offices are located both in the Barrie and Collingwood area. Anna and Jo are the two principal designers that apply creativity, energy and organization to create an interior that reflects individual style and function. They believe that at the heart of every design there is a story to be told. The story begins with a passion, unfolds with a twist of innovative ideas, and culminates in a space that reflects a sense of time, place and human experience. Their artistry, drawing skills, and careful research into the practical details of materials and construction allow Jo and Anna's visions to come to life with extraordinary clarity. We enlisted Jo to upscale and transform the functionality of a century home and we can agree with all the reviews attesting to her superior architectural and interior design skills. Our project was fraught with Covid, supply issues and the initial selection of the wrong contractor, all outside of her purview; however what sets Jo apart is her ability to problem solve and her willingness to go to bat for the client drawing on her experience and trade relationships. We have many excellent providers in our town but one would have difficulty matching this combination of talent, hard-work and decency.

I had always known that Jo Redman was an excellent architectural designer but now she is proving to be just as talented as an interior designer. She is helping us to select furniture for our great room and lower level all purpose room. She can match paint and fabric colours to one’s lifestyle. Jo Redman came highly recommended by several of my friends. We were building a house for the first time and she was extremely valuable and knowledgeable in regards to the design of our home. She helped us with every area, the electrical and plumbing plans, colours and materials as well as the furniture layouts. Jo was always on time and budget. She is very easy to work with and I would highly recommend her!

Commented: Love the fireplace!I believe the width is approx. 8 feet. We used a Rumford Fireplace which would be 42" w x 42" h. I believe it was the Rumford 1500 series. Good luck jo
