Joe is such a creative designer who is very patient and very meticulous . Joe is an excellent listener who took the time to understand our needs and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the design and the end product, offering great suggestions, Selena is also very customer focused and always returned calls with an answer. What an amazing experience from start to finish! We upgraded our small kitchen with a new island and countertops and also built a buffet cabinet in our dining room. We decided to use KitchPro Markham not only because their quote is fair compared to others but also the wonderful lady Selina who helped us every step of the way. Selina was so pleasant and patient listening to our needs and giving her professional advice. She was always there to answer questions and address our concerns and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She is a big reason why we finally decided to give our business to KitchPro and we are still pleased with the decision we made. Joe is another great person to work with, he came to our house to do the measurements, very thorough and detailed. He gave us great recommendations and let us know every detail of the design so there is no surprise in the future. The installation of cabinets and countertops was smooth as well, every employee from KitchenPro was all helpful and very professional. They even helped us fix some uneven doors and drawers of my old cabinets and lower the gas stove, all these extras are not their jobs but they were just willing to help. We are very happy with the overall quality of the work and their employee's professionalism and kindness, we will definitely use them again in the future and recommend KitchenPro to others who are looking for new cabinets and countertops.

Heritage Home Kitchen Reno: Cabinets & More We hired an interior designer for our kitchen reno in our 159 year old heritage home. She was good, we used her high-level design & layout, but Joe Ip from Kitchen Pro was even better. Joe had more & better ideas, suggestions, and advice and was able to spend more hours with us (I lost count) than our other designer. And Joe's services were included in the price of the cabinets, which was less than the other designer's cabinet maker's price. Our kitchen was a technical challenge for Kitchen Pro because our 159 year old house has sagged a little and so doesn't have any level floors/ceilings, parallel lines, or right angles. Joe's attention to detail pre-install (things I would never think of) and the skill of Kitchen Pro's installers pulled it off. The end result: it. is. gorgeous! We highly recommend Kitchen Pro for both price & quality.

The professionals at Kitchen Pro made our experience seamless from beginning to end. Victor presented us with several options and was very transparent with their work. He allowed us to explore the showroom and the manufacturing shop until we were satisfied. This allowed us to confidently make a decision and go with their services. He then seamlessly handed off the project to the design team where Joe was able to turn all of our “must haves” into a reality. We had issues surround load bearing walls and Joe was able to work with the layout and still design a one that maintained the style and flow we were looking for. Selina finally took over the end product with countertops and finishes. She has a natural eye for what looks good and ensured the job was completed on time and with no detail overlooked. The group at Kitchen Pro really embody what teamwork and dedication is. Their professional knowledge and craftsmanship is all included and at a very reasonable price point. If I were in the market for another kitchen build I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again. I highly recommend you set up a meeting at their showroom. You won’t be disappointed!

I hired Kitchen Pro to renovate my kitchen this year and the job was done beautifully. The designer Joe and coordinator Selena were both very thorough and knowledgeable. We could not be more happy about how our kitchen turned out. These guys provide cabinetry with excellent quality and the team is very professionally, friendly and responsive. We always dealing with the manager, Victor. He is really nice and patient even we changed the design or installation schedule for more than 3 times. He is really helpful.

Review: KitchenPro the Company AND Designer... Name = Joe IP -- We/I had a very positive experience at the KitchenPro Store on 2021 July10. Let me explain in detail... We were looking for a source of high end kitchen counter tops (marble or quartz) and entered the store without an appointment. We were greeted by a designer, who I believe was Joe (spelling is not correct). He was exceedingly polite and attentive to out request for information - re: types of surface and costs. We spent maybe 30-40 minutes with Joe in their sample/demo kitchen facilities. We left after having reviewed in some detail the choices available from a range of suppliers, and with an informed perspective on design choices for our needs (colour, edging, and quality). This is all that could be expected on such an impromptu visit. We/I was impressed with the time and attention given to our requests... and as such would recommend both Joe (designer) and the company (KitchenPro) to others who are seeking quotations on kitchen cabinets and counter tops.
