About Us

When we say custom, we mean it. While we tackle all things Home Improvement, we differentiate ourselves with our full-service in-house wood & metal shop. Therefore, when we discuss things like custom cabinetry, furniture, shelving, etc, you're discussing those details with the people responsible for physically building each piece. This allows us to truly tailor the build-out to meet your needs & budget. We've taken the experience gained from our furniture-making roots and translated the "devil is in the detail" approach to more complete home improvement projects. By working with us you'll be able to maximize storage in spaces you never thought possible and/or attain a design not available in stores. We work with our own network of Designers to conceptualize the design, provide 3D renderings and manage the design & construction process from beginning to end. Additionally, we will happily work alongside your own Architect & Designer should you already have one. If you are building out a new space or updating an old one, give us a call to talk shop! Alex did an amazing job on our white oak master bath vanity. It’s absolutely beautiful! We did have an issue with the finish a few months after installation but Alex came right back out and made it right. Very lucky and grateful to have found Lane 17!
