I am so pleased with my kitchen! Not the easiest task to decide the kitchen design and look in a 100 year old bungalow/cottage. The Hendersonville location staff members were great to work with on the project, and Yvonne did a great job with communication and follow-up during the design and installation process. The good folks at Packard where helpful and creative throughout the whole process. They worked with us on our cabinet needs in our full kitchen remodel, our master bath vanity area, and with our bar area. They helped us with some "off book" requirements such as floating shelves (rather than upper cabinets) and a built in work table in the kitchen. They also made a suggestion for a wine cooler that we had them build into the bar cabinets. Very attentive to details in their work and very responsive to the one minor touch-up that was required after the installation.

In August 2017 we were recommended to Rob Weeter of Packard Cabinetry. We live in New York and had just acquired a home in North Carolina that needed some upgrades. We had a budget in mind and we sat down with Rob to discuss a kitchen renovation. Rob immediately went to work on a plan. He visited the home and made some recommendations. In a few days we had a plan. It was exactly what we were looking for. We then picked out cabinet styles and granite. Rob was exactly on the money and the project came in right on budget. We were given a date for the cabinet delivery and they arrived right on time. Along the way Rob would contact me in New York to inquire if we had any questions or issues and sometimes make a suggestion. We would discuss any changes and Rob would send pictures of what he thought would look good. When the kitchen was completed we came to North Carolina to see the finished product. We were ecstatic over the way our new kitchen looked. Since we weren’t there during the project Rob would be at our home to oversee the project. We would give Rob Weeter and Packard Cabinetry 10 stars if we were allowed. Rob is a true professional who wants to see the client happy. Packard Cabinetry is a very professional and trust worthy organization. The are definitely the Sachs Fifth Avenue of Cabinetry.

Brodie Smith/Packard did an outstanding job helping me restore an historic castle kitchen, bathrooms and garage potting area. (The project is ongoing) They have a wide array of cabinet providers and were able to give me the cerused white oak finishes consistent with the European style of the castle, There were no time or cost over runs and the caliber of the cabinet workmanship and installation were superb. Brodie's recommendations re support teams provided me with an excellent contractor as well as a counter top company and an installer. Creative solutions abound, which is necessary when space is so oddly configured. Working with them is a joy and they have worked hard to make the castle a beautiful home. (Packard took photos of the finished work which they can provide,)

Packard designed our kitchen and provided all the cabinetry. They partner with others who did the countertops, floors, etc. and oversaw the project. Rob was our designer and exceeded our expectations. Not only did he design the cabinets, but made other suggestions to improve the overall layout of our kitchen. They were professional, on time and within our budget. Kevin was great on following up with us after the project was finished. We also used them to do the cabinetry in the master bath. I highly recommend Packard.

This is a review for Packard Cabinets in Hendersonville for a total Kitchen and laundry room re-make. My wife and I met with Rob at Packard on the recommendation of our designer Semprevivo Designs, LLC (Marina). We were doing the remodel while we spent the winter remotely so we selected the cabinet model while we were in town for the holidays. Rob was involved in literally every decision in the process of cabinet selection, counter top material, island butcher block and features. We selected an island for the cooktop, a pantry, a desk area and cabinets. He was instrumental in all aspects of the project and provided various CAD options for placements. When we decided to include the laundry room in the project Rob suggested a more cost effective model of cabinets given the area it was going in. Blended perfectly. Can’t say enough about Bill the installer. Made the installation perfect and flawless. Our only glitch was that the vendor for the island had the color wrong the first attempt. Packard expedited the correction and gave us glass for the cabinets for the delay. Ken was always there as a resource. Very easy to do business with. We plan on using Packard for our next project the MBR bath. Highly recommend their services/products. We love the results
