I had lots of ideas for my new kitchen when I first met with Amy and Marcy. Marcy was so professional and knowledgeable and was able to translate what I wanted into my prefect kitchen. A total kitchen redo is a lot to take on in a relative small city condo space, but Drew Miller and his construction team were very respectful of us and the rest of our home during the construction process. My kitchen (and additional built in bar area) turned out beautifully! We would not hesitate to recommend Teknika to friends and neighbors.

When we decided to renovate our master bathroom, it was a pleasure dealing with Marcie Huss at Teknika. She is the ultimate professional and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of renovation. She was most helpful and lived up to our expectations. I would consult with her again the next time we undertake additional work.

Teknika was absolutely wonderful to work with and the finished product was fabulous. We have "shown off" our new kitchen to family members and friends and all are amazed as too how wonderful it looks. The contractor that Teknika works with was honest and respected our work schedules. He cleaned up as best as possible after each work day....I would receive update calls from the contractor 3-4 times a week. I designed my kitchen layout rearanging the work triangle and needed a designer to fine tune it, and also give me high quality cabinetry construction. Teknika Design was a God-send. Amy found my online WoodMode inquiry. I was impressed the moment I arrived in the showroom. Marcy was there and answered all of my questions. My kitchen is long and narrow. It was imperative that I have full depth base cabinet shelves, and over fridge shelves, pot drawer dividers, basecabinets and tall cabinets of shallower depth (21", 18" even a 15" x 90" tall microwave cabinet) and drawers with dividers--other home improvement centers could not provide. I felt confident to hand over my Excel drawing to Marcy. Without her professionalism my project would have flopped, i.e., she knew a 30" range would need 32" of space--the contractor didn't know that. Teknika let me take stained wood samples home on my initial visit so to match my flooring. I let her select my granite and marble. The countertop installation went perfectly, too. I shopped on my own for everything else as I know my self but anytime I needed to find lghting or appliances Teknika was there to point me to the right knowledgeable people. My kitchen is nothing short of perfect. Did I mention they held my plans over a year until I was able to begin my project? Please note pics have incomplete tiling as I'm still working on it as budget permits..

We worked with Teknika to design and build our new kitchen in a total-house renovation in the city. We honestly couldn't have made a better choice! Amy was wonderful - starting with big picture ideas and finishing with the minute technical details of cabinetry, appliances, all the way to pulls and knobs. Her attention to detail as well as patience throughout the design process were impressive! We absolutely love our kitchen and get compliments on it all the time.
