As an interior decorator it was a pleasure to work with Michael and Marshall on this project. My client was thrilled with the choices they made and the material arrived on site as needed. I was happy with the selection of design styles to choices and their showroom was great to meet with my client and share selections with them with the USA designers standing by to answer product questions.

Marshall Downing worked with me from start to finish with flooring and my kitchen. His associates worked together with my contractor from start to finish. I used them in Blackwood and Clarksboro, NJ. They had a lot of selections for me to choose from. I have referred them to friends and relatives over the last few years.

USA Kitchens and Flooring provided excellent customer service throughout my renovation project. Any bumps were immediately addressed and the whole project finished beautifully. I would definitely recommend USA for your kitchen renovation. Michael and Marshall were terrific!

Very disappointing to say the least. Bought wood flooring for 3 rooms. (Not cheap.) Was told the wood was "3/4 solid maple hardwood flooring stained for preferred color with a protective clear finish applied to it." Turns out the wood is a white wood, not stained, with an ultra-thin cured surface pattern/finish of some sort... a finish that flaked off and could not even be touched up... a finish that is thinner than nail polish. The color and pattern are all in that thin surface. Then they told me it would cost $200 to replace a single board where the surface had flaked off. I had the spare board, that was just for the labor. And, the wood picks up every little scratch. It's garbage! They claim to stand behind the products they sell... until you have a problem with the products they sell!!!
