Floor Coverings International of East Bay CA

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. The sales rep and the owner of the company came to my house with many samples and information about each product. I believe that this step helped me to make a final decision versus going, getting samples, returning them, etc. The crew was wonderful- helped me move things and had everything finished and put back beautifully by the time I came home from work. The flooring is beautiful and I am very happy with the service and the company. It is probably a little more expensive than big box stores for sure, but there are no hidden costs- everything is included in the price- moving furniture, base boards, finishing, installation etc.

We sought out Steve and his crew at the recommendation of a friend. They were very patient and helpful as we weighed installing top of the line laminate flooring (several trips to the showroom for samples), versus having them refinish the floors for us. We decided to have them refinish it. Their crew came in and sanded and repaired everything in one day, then stained it a beautiful medium brown color with a satin finish. They kept the area clean over the 2 days they were there. We were so happy! It completely transformed the look of our home! Everyone comments on the floors and how great they look.
