Macadam Floor and Design

My daughter-in-law, who is an architect in Portland, highly recommended Macadam Floor and Design. It was a pleasure to work with the project manager, Rick Correa, at the Macadam Portland Showroom. Fidel and his crew and Oleg did a very professional job. We are pleased with their detail and they cleaned up so well. Fidel and crew carpeted 3 bedrooms and 4 closets. Oleg did the flooring in a bathroom and sunroom.

We had a great experience with Macadem flooring. Ivan’s team of installers did a great job busting out the removal of carpet so fast and systematic. It was jaw dropping to witness. They finished in one day. Rick, from the sales team helped me pick out the exact right color. It was quick and painless. He also kept in contact through the process to get the flooring ordered and scheduled. I will definitely go with them again for future projects.

Working with Katie on our stone countertop and backsplash project was a fantastic experience. She helped us select a beautiful combination that completely elevated the space and brought our vision to life. Her design expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism made the entire process seamless. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend working with Katie.

I purchased a condo and realized it needed new floors. I got a recommendation from a new neighbor for Macadam Floors. The timing was going to be tight if they were to be installed before the move in date. Rick Correa worked with me to quickly find floor choices in my budget and then was able to get installers scheduled for the only available date. Macadam’s is the best place you can find to help with your floor and bathroom remodel. We did a lot of research beforehand and they came highly recommended by friends of ours. Their materials are certified not to offset toxic gases into your home, so you, your family and pets are safe. The tile work was absolutely perfect. Rick sorted out the details of the job, he made great recommendations, and has good follow up. You won’t find a better place!

Rick and team were quick, transparent and fairly priced. End result makes me smile every time I look at our new basement flooring. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless and positive experience.

This is my second time in about 2.5 years working with Rick C. at Macadams Flooring & Design. Our project included tile, hardwood flooring, and carpet. MF&D are very professional, valuable guidance, good advice and are human. They listen well, work tight deadlines, and they are problem solvers. Great communications coming from all the teams... Rick and his team did an amazing job! The installers were professional and hard working. They went the extra mile to make sure the installation was perfect. We did both hardwood floors as well as carpet and both turned out perfect. From recommendations to installation, including getting rid of all the squeaks in the floor, everything was handled well. We have had great experiences with Macadam, both when our home was built and then when we replaced carpeting in bedrooms with more hardwood. Both Akyla and Ed are experts in their field and the whole staff are very pleasant and helpful. So happy that they are open in Vancouver again.

From the selection phase throughout the installation process, Rick was quick to answer my questions and offer sage advice.
