I have been using NY Stone for 13 years I have been in the home building business. They are amazing. Every time I build a new home which is 10/year I solely use them to choose my stone. I have bought slabs of marble and Quartz and have never been disappointed. Erez has always helped me and I must admit I would never go anywhere else. Their prices are the best and customer service is even better. I highly recommend them.

A terrific company to do business with. I bought a gorgeous marble countertop from them. They had the best selection of marble in the NYC area and an easy-to-reach warehouse in Jersey City. Very professional and helpful staff. And VERY competitively priced. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I visited and spoke to all the high end stone dealers in the New York area and New York Stone was by far the best. Their warehouse in Jersey City is astounding in its inventory and their prices were the most reasonable...and arguably the most beautiful and unique slabs.

We purchased a slab of quartzite from this company based on what the salesman told us about the material - that is was as durable and maintenance-free as granite but with the look of marble. Upon installation, nothing could have been further from the truth. We relied on a fabricator New York Stone had recommended, and the countertops began showing marks, discolorations, stains, etc. immediately. None of these defects could be removed. The sample New York Stone provided us, on the other hand, was un-stainable. Repeated calls to New York Stone went unanswered, promises made to right the problem were retracted, and the company refused to stand behind their product. New York Stone blamed the fabricator, blamed us, and denied all responsibility. We filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs of New Jersey. Not only did the company misrepresent what they sold us, they refused to repair or replace it to our satisfaction. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would vigorously discourage anyone from doing business with New York Stone.

New York Stone has been in business over 25 years and without advertising we have been very successful simply through word of mouth good reviews. We pride ourselves in conducting our business with dignity and respect. We offer beautiful materials from all over the world and have completed many high end projects. This material that was purchased was sold to many customers and this is the first complaint from anyone. Even so we tried to resolve the issue and offered free fabrication and discount on materials.
