River City Solid Surface LLC

We had River City Solid Surface put in new kitchen counters in our current home a couple of years ago. The install was flawless and we love the counters so much we decided to use River City to put new counters in our new (to us) 1972 manufactured home. The install again was excellent and the result is unbelievable. Thanks for great service and a great product!

Tim and Jason did an outstanding job of installing countertops in two of our bathrooms. The were courtesious, friendly, answered our questions, yet very professional at all times. We are extremely satisfied with the overall project and would highly recommend River City Solid Surface, and this team in particular, to our family and friends. As a result of this successful project, we will consider another installation with them at a future date.

Great service, great outcome. Everyone I dealt with, from the initial inquiry through measurement and installation was great. Our project was booked through Home Depot, but if we need work in the future, we will probably just go straight to RCSS. I asked about a thousand questions along the way, and they answered them all. Couldn't be happier with the new countertops!

Very pleased with the service from initial measure to installation. The counters were a perfect fit, and were installed in just 45 minutes! The installation crew was particularly wonderful. They called me 30 minutes before the installation window to confirm their arrival, and showed up right on the dot. They were super tidy as well — the kitchen was immaculate when they left. Overall, and A+ experience.

I recently has River City install new Corian countertops in my kitchen and a new bathroom vanity top. Kevin did a very accurate job with the templating as the countertops fit perfectly. He was very personable and professional. When I called the office with questions, Angelina was very helpful. The countertops were installed on January 6th. The installers, Jason and Tim, arrived early before the scheduled time..that was great. They installed both countertops and I am so pleased with the job they did and how the countertops look. They explained how to clean my countertops. The entire work area was left spotless and completed in a very timely manner. Very nice guys. I would highly recommend River City Solid Surface .

Had an amazing experience with River City! They were incredibly accommodating holding product for me until I was ready to have it delivered and installed. Service like that is unheard of these days. They went even further for me as I had issues with my contractor and had to let him go. And though this affected the invoice they were kind enough to work with me in getting everything adjusted accordingly. They have been nothing but professional in both service and communication and I would highly recommend them to anyone

My husband and I purchased our Hi-Macs Andromeda countertops from Home Depot; and River City Solid Surface LLC did the measuring, fabrication, and installation. Our design called for some challenging special requests: a 3" waterfall for a counter height change in Utility area, an integrated sink with a beauty ring, a cutout for a cooktop, a 17 ft run which would require a seam, a small round cutout for a popup electrical outlet, a side cove under a 3" height change in a second area, a counter wrap around the end wall of room divider, and a peninsula with a solid 13" overhang with NO visible supports. We also needed two custom windowsils. All this was accomplished as we hoped for, including an undetectable seam! We would recommend River City to our friends (and anyone) who are planning new countertops from a solid surface material, Corian or Hi-Macs. My husband and I are loving our new countertops!

The end result of or choices, the quality of the product and professionalism of the installation team was fantastic. However, this was a learning experience that I hope others will find helpful and eliminate any surprises. When you first receive your quote understand that ... - It includes the one edge profile (probably not the one you want) for no addition coast, all others are options and more expensive - The sink cut-out is a drop in by default and all other types are options. Be careful, because not all undermounts are created equal. Undermount apron cost more than under-mount sinks in the center of your countertop. - your estimate includes a basic square footage and DOES NOT include any bump-outs, cut-outs or corners. Those cast per feature above and beyond the square footage. - don’t forget to ask if there are surface options. Do you like polished, matte or ??? These were not offered to us and included the least expensive option, but we didn’t know that until we asked at the 11th hour of the order. Summary ... ask questions you didn’t think you had to. Have the company go through what is standard and what are ALL the options available on the product you picked. Make sure to understand how edge choice, sink choice, any cuts besides a rectangular piece of stone will cost you. Our final product, although beautiful, cost 25% more than our quote (+$1,000) and we did chose the no additional cost edge but had to add the apron sink cut-out and polish, one bump-out (didn’t know there was such a thing) and two additional cuts and polish. Lastley, we had our pre-install measure and at the time asked about undermount apron and undermount and we were not led to believe we couldn’t change our minds to a farm-style post the measure. We figured the measure was just to get an accurate square footage of material but tha wasn’t true. We ended up having to pay for another complete measure once we decided on the undermount farm-style sink. NOW, I have to say that River City did help us with half of that cost after I asked for some help since I was unaware that the sink choice had to be decided on BEFORE the measure. We do love our new countertops but it was a learning experience and very little consultative support was provided along the way. I’m sure that many countertop companies work the same way to stay competitive on their quotes so I’m not dinging River City to hard on that BUT I would have appreciated a sit down quote review meeting to explain all of the options and associated costs so that my final price was not a surprise. The final catch is that your measure costs $300 and you don’t get your quote until post that measure so your already in too deep to make alternative decisions .

Everyone at Rivercity we worked were Awesome!! Our showers, countertops and backsplash are Fantastic. Great crew from start to finish. We would highly recommend.

I was tired of going to the large stores and not finding the countertops I wanted, or the service, or a great price, so we decided to do something more local. We were very pleased with our experience with River City. I am very happy with my countertops. The installers we're friendly professional and answered all my questions. The gals in the office we're great too. Iwould recommend then to everyone.

did not complete work order on day of service. sent me to collection for $100 withheld (waiting to pay when job was complete) less than 60 days post job. so much for a 20 year relationship. will not recommend.
