From consultation to installation the experience with Bella Systems was fantastic. Kerri, my amazing design consultant, patiently worked with me to identify my wants/needs, came up with a couple of options for me to choose from and knocked it out of the park! We hired Bella Systems to create several closets for us. We are so grateful to have worked with Kerry! None of the spaces were easy or straight forward especially the master closet that is shaped like a hexagon with a wall of windows. It took a lot of time, creativity and ingenuity to make the space not only visually appealing but functional as well. Kerry made the whole process easier and fun! She walked us through every step! Bella was great however, the installation definitely could have went smoother. The timeframe I was given was 8:30-3 they would be here. Well they showed up later and finished the job at 4:30. I wish they gave me more time than less because this caused implications to work / doctors / etc that day. I also found several scuff marks on my walls afterwards including my sliding barn door now not working properly that they were working in that particular room.

We downsized to a new house and found without a basement or a full attic our closet storage just wasn't adequate. Bella Systems was recommended to us by our decorator and we've been so happy with our decision. We decided to start with our Master bedroom closets. There are three; a deep clothes closet, a small coat closet and a bathroom linen closet. Joanne from Bella Systems came to the house and measured the closets. We received plans for the closets and prices in just a few days. When the products to build our closets came in we made an appointment for installation. I was very worried about the mess and the space. All three closets were done quietly, efficiently and cleanly in just one day. The men were very pleasant and there was minimal mess that they took care of. I LOVE the closets!! Particularly the main clothes closet where we now have plenty of space to hang clothes, cubbies for shoes and pocketbooks, shelves for sweaters and whatever else you want to store. The materials are strong and built to last. My only regret is not arranging for more closets to be done at the same time!!

Sometimes in life you find a gem and Bella Systems was the company that provided the gem and Kerry Grabowiecki delivered the Hope Diamond. I had read every review as I had redone my bedroom to get a spectacular master bedroom closet. I met with Kerry and she began her design work. I appreciated her ability to HEAR me and methodically work through the finite details of my vision. It was imperative to “do it right not fast”. I am an impatient woman in general but could see the need to breathe and let Kerry do her magic. I changed my mind during the design phase so I could have glass doors and light up the cabinets. I also had an idea for a feature in the back of the closet and Kerry worked with my builder as well to make sure it was done properly. There is rain glass coming in but the pictures are pretty spectacular with that piece just not done now the doors around the safe.

Look no further! You are in good hands with Bella Systems! There quality of work is off the charts. They are responsible and reliable and a pleasure to work with. The two individuals that converted our three closets came fully prepared with tools and materials. They were affable and pleasant and worked diligently from the time they arrived until the time the job was completed. The cleaned up the worksite afterwards, removed their tools and residual materials, and attended to the administrative duties and left with smiles on their faces. If I could give 6 stars i would! I did 4 closets with Joe. We had challenges with small space and an old house with odd shaped closets. Joe and his designers came up with a great solution and the result was great. Great price, great product, and great service . This is the second time in the last 10 years that we have utilized Bella to do a closet in our Master bedroom suite. Twp different houses. In both cases Joe and his team hit it out of the park in maximizing the storage potential of the closets. I honestly didn't think that Joe could've improved on Bella's performance from the 2010 job, but they certainly did. The complete 3D proposal that he provided was a big plus, and having every item pre-cut to perfect size was another plus that greatly shortened the on-site installation time which was astonishingly only 4 hours.

I have a small place and wanted to utilize my closet space as best I could. They did a great job. From Kerry giving me a great design by email to Colon doing the installation. Colon wore shoe covers in my home and put down drop cloths to product my belongings and floors. He cleaned up before he left. The job was great. Their prices are unbeatable! and the quality materials they use others charge a upgrade. I highly recommend Bella Systems and will be recommending them to all my family, friends and coworkers!

Highly Recommend! This is the 2nd time I’ve hired Bella Systems for a custom closet and couldn’t be happier from their designer, to installers and the quality of the product. My closets are now organized and gorgeous! The 1st time I used them was for my master bedroom, large walk-in closet. The owner “joked” and said once someone has one closet done they love it so much they end up doing their entire house. I laughed and said “that won’t be me,” and here I am a few years later doing every closet in my home! My guest room/office has a large walk in closet which was transformed into part closet / part office space - with built in large locking file cabinets and perfectly measured spaces for my printer, shredder and office supplies; yet plenty of space to still accommodate storage and clothing. Living in a condo this is essential as storage space, in general, is limited. From conception to installation was just a few weeks. Bella Systems is top notch in my book!

Built a new custom home and Joe and his team were very professional and wonderful to work with. Joanne is a true pro and brought a lot of practical ideas to the design of our 10 closet project and helped us find the best layout and materials for our budget. The installers were very professional and operated like the “navy seals” of closet installers. We have a few smaller closets to still do and when we are ready we will call Bella.

I got quotes from 3 different companies, including a mix of local and national competitors. Kerry, from Bella Systems came to assist, and she was phenomenal. I had a very loose idea of what I needed, and how much of it I needed, and she was able to take my shaky vision and turn it into exactly what I was looking for. She was pleasant, responsive and extremely accommodating to my schedule. I've had a slew of contractors, workers, laborers, installers, etc. in and out of my house in the last several months, and I have to say that the installer from Bella was at the top of the list in terms of execution. He was professional, on time, and did a fantastic job. He laid everything out on thick tarps, and was very careful about not damaging any floors/walls. He worked with care and dedication, and left without leaving 1 spec of evidence. Besides the beautiful closet room that we now have. WOW! We couldn't have been more satisfied and excited by the work done by Bella Systems! We had a large and very detailed project (3 walk-in closets, 5 reach in closets and 2 coat closets) and Joanna (Designer) and Joe Lonardo (owner) could not have been more focused, creative, accommodating and patient about all the back and forth, as we refined each closet design. In particular, two of the walk in closets had custom crown and baseboard designs that Bella Systems spent a tremendous amount of time to make sure they provided exactly what we wanted. Overall, there is clearly a culture at Bella Systems of wanting to meet (if not exceed!) their customer's expectations on all aspects of the project. We were very happy that we chose Bella Systems and would strongly recommend them for any size project! (We first did a small project with them and the results were just as good as our larger project!)

I ADORE my new closet! Bella Systems did an outstanding job, from the initial onsite assessment that included a computerized view of the proposed closet to the professional, courteous installation. Modifications were quickly and easily done to suit my needs i.e. long dresses, short dresses, lots of shoes ;) The price was excellent and the quality of the material seems excellent as well. We worked with Joanna Janelle and she was courteous, professional and knowledgable. She delivered a 3d design within 24 hours, responded quickly to questions and tweaks, and came in at a very competitive/attractive price. Within two weeks, the closet was installed by a professional and courteous crew, who did great work and showed great respect for our home by moving items with care and leaving the job cleaner than when they arrived. We could not be happier with the service, the process, the price, and the final product.

Joe came out, listened, observed, and listened some more. He discussed my options, showed me my choices, and said he'd get back to me with a plan and a price. He called when he said he would. We tweaked the plan a little and placed the order. Before I knew it he was ready to install my new closet system. He was a pleasure to work with due to his promptness, cleanliness, and craftsmanship. It's five years since the original install and I'm ready to add a few shelves to the closet. Other than that, there is NOTHING I would change. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.

I found Bella Systems online and they sent out Joanna - a lovely woman who took the time to learn about my home's personal style and what was important to my husband and me. She sent me a proposal - I liked it but had some changes and she accommodated me wonderfully, suggesting changes of her own. The price was very reasonable, and the installation was quick and clean. There was no mess left over, and the man who installed the closet was extremely polite and efficient. The man who walked me through the actual purchase, Joe, was great and informative - it was all very smooth. The end result is stellar, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a well built, reasonably priced custom closet!

Bella Systems built a bar in our dining room and also built our custom closets. Joe was great to work with and came up with wonderful designs. He even warned me that buying a ready made piece would be more cost effective than the custom job he had in mind. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY BELLA SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joanne Janelle was my designer and she understood my needs and designed a system that worked for me. She tried to stay within my budget. In the end it was slightly over my budget but that also had to do with LOVING the first design she created. Rick and Robert were amazing installers and they were FANTASTIC! They were professional, neat, clean and worked straight through to get the job done in a day. This job, they said, really should have been a 2 day job but they did it in one! I converted a bedroom into a "walk-in" closet so the job was semi-big. When they were done, they cleaned everything up! They even left me a couple of spare parts....just in case. Joe, the man who scheduled Rick and Robert was also very responsive and helpful. When I needed another knob (yes it did break off - but no big deal) he expeditiously sent two. So soup to nuts, this is a GREAT company with a GREAT product. They don't just forget about you once you have paid them. They service you also.....a very hard find and rare combination! Oh, yes did I mention they were also the least expensive of 3 quotes I obtained! GO FOR IT! YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T!

I called Bella Systems to redo my master bedroom walk-in closet. Joe returned my call promptly, and a date was set for him to come to the house. While he was here, he took measurements and we talked about what I would like, and how he could incorporate them into the closet. Joe showed me some examples on his computer, and was able to add a bench that I requested. A few days later, he e-mailed me the plans he had drawn up....which was very exciting to see! On the day of installation, Rick and his helper arrived and worked neatly, bringing in cloths to cover the floors. They are great guys and did a fabulous job. My closet is not the "norm", being constructed under the eaves of a 1950's cape cod home. However, the design works well and I am very happy with the finished product.

Had Joe and the crew from bella systems over to do an estimate on my walk in closet /laundry room. Within hours he had a computerized drawing of the design.
