I purchased a new home that had just the basic single metal bar in all of the closets. I had Katherine Russell come and redo all of the closets. The master closet is a masterpiece. She saw what we had and really listened to what we were looking for. Katherine's design made the closet more functional than I could ever have dreamed possible. Once we saw her work in the master closet, we had her design all the other closets in our home, the laundry room, and the garage! What an absolute dream Katherine is to work with. We have so much more storage than we thought possible. Katherine is thorough, precise, intuitive, timely, and the utmost professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katherine and PLC if you are looking for the best possible solution to your storage needs. The quality of the product is top-notch as well. I leave my master closet open because I'm so pleased with the way it turned out.

PLC Closets did an amazing job for us! We had them do a His and Hers Master Bedroom closets and they listened and understood our needs and also pinpointed some things that we didn't even think about. Katherine was our designer and she was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented. The owner was also involved and didn't let something go out the door to us when he noticed a slight imperfection with the mirror on the door. That's someone who cares about the quality of the products. The carpenters did an amazing job installing the closets and were great at explaining the process on the installation day. We have now scheduled a customized bookcase to be made and all of our questions/concerns were answered by the designer and the engineer. So happy with PLC Closets!

Katherine helped us create our master bedroom walk in closet. We were able to clearly see examples of PLC’s workmanship by visiting the showroom. Katherine presented us with a 3D design after the at home visit. She clearly understood what we needed and with one small tweak, we signed off on our project. It is a pleasure to now use this organized and efficiently planned closet.

Had 3 custom closet vendors come out to propose a design and estimate for my walk-in closet. PLC had a strong design and best utilized CAD and 3D drawings...their price quote was very fair and included many features that others charged as upgrades. The install crew was very high workmanship as well as very clean and respectful of property. Seamless process from start to finish... Would highly recommend.
