Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. “Rich, the company's owner did several repairs in our home including repairing the closet's sliding doors which were off the tracks. They work perfectly,now. He also did some painting. He is very neat and keeps the work area clean and organized. He put in a tile floor and baseboards for us in the bath. The work was flawless. “When we first met John Haynes of T.Ybarra Construction at a home show, we knew we would like working with him over the other companies we had looked at using. Besides the fact that the product looked awesome and in fact superior to the competition, John himself was what sold us on working with his company. He was attentive to our needs and desires, frank and straightforward in his communications and had creative and practical solutions and ideas for our troublesome space. We purchased the most beautiful brown metal patio cover (pergola) that blends with our house so well it looks like it was part of the original construction on our Spanish style house and totally looks like it’s wood. The pavers are absolutely gorgeous and transformed our long and narrow yard into an oasis, a stunning extension of our living space and in fact a space we never used since we bought the house. Now we love lounging under our patio covering – the transformation was amazing! My husband and I were both so impressed with how quickly and expertly the project was done. The design of the patio covering was totally custom made as our yard nor the house was square or even. The way they attached the beams to the house and the custom cut edging made it look perfectly even and normal. The craftsmanship was first class! Hugo and Gilberto, who constructed the cover, had to work in the rain and did an amazing and thorough job, working from an expert design drawn by John, but one that also required some adaptation to the quirky space on the spot. The pavers are a whole other piece of artistic excellence that Juan created for our patio. Again, since the patio could not be square, he had to hand cut a lot of stones and the design is exquisite and flawless! It’s not always easy to imagine what a design will ultimately look like from small samples of materials and drawings. But John made us feel confident and we could not be happier with our choices. We were extremely impressed with everyone who worked on this job and the end result exceeded our wildest expectations of what it would look like! “I can't say enough good things about Will Framing. Will, the owner, has been building decks for 17 years and recently started his own company. I was lucky enough to be one of his first clients. I spoke to 5 contractors for my project. I liked Will right away, and his quote was very competitive. He explained my options very clearly and gave me a few excellent recommendations as well. Will has a really great crew. He brought them breakfast each morning and they really seem to enjoy working together. Demo was done very carefully and meticulously and the deck structure was built very precisely. There was so much measuring, re-measuring, adjusting, and re-measuring to make sure everything was perfect and square. We chose to use Trex for the deck boards and facade, and the way Will laid out the boards is absolutely beautiful. The corners (there were many as I had some odd angles and 3 sets of stairs) were elegantly done. During the build, I had LOTS of technical questions (that's my engineer personality), and Will patiently answered everything and it became clear how thoroughly he thinks about these things.
