We could not be happier with our new deck and outdoor fireplace. From the moment Jamison came to our home, he helped create and make our vision come to life. He was upfront, honest and knowledgeable. He always answered all my questions and even pushed this project forward knowing we had a special event coming up. Both Tim and Steve were also amazing. They were accommodating, helpful and timely. We truly appreciate all you did.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Archadeck to build our dream deck, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. First and foremost, the quality of their work is exceptional. The deck they built for us is beautiful, sturdy, and exactly what we had envisioned. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring that every board was perfectly aligned and every railing was secure. The result is a deck that not only looks great but feels safe and solid. In addition to their excellent craftsmanship, Archadeck was also incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They kept us updated on the project's progress and were always available to answer any questions. They were also very respectful of our property, making sure to clean up after themselves each day and leaving the job site in pristine condition. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work that Archadeck did for us. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor. My husband & I decided to have a roof cover installed over our current deck. Steve met with us to determine what we wanted and developed several ideas for us to review and decide upon. He was extremely helpful, answered our questions and explained the project timeline and process. When the construction began, the building crews were courteous and Jeff, the project manager, was onsite when he said he'd be there and made time to answer our questions. The electrician was knowledgeable and helpful, too. Communication was pretty good overall - sometimes the timing was an uncertainty to us, but that really is to be expected during these types of projects. We are quite pleased with the result and plan on using them again in the near future

The finished deck is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We used composite decking, so it should last for decades with little upkeep. Construction took longer than estimated, partly because of bad weather and partly just 'cause, but that is pretty common for any construction project and wasn't a problem.

We had a 20+ cedar deck replaced with Azek. We also had a BBQ roof installed. Everything turned out amazing! I can’t say enough about the crew, they were extremely detail oriented, professional and made great suggestions during the process. I was kept up to date during the entire build and always felt they really wanted to make sure I was happy. I can’t tell you how many times the neighbors have stopped and asked about who built our deck. I highly recommend Archadeck!

Archadeck of Eastside is one of the few contracting companies I've dealt with that truly did not disappoint. They met our every expectation from start to finish. Jamison provided design and material assistance and Luke and his team started and finished on time and and treated our project as if it was their own. With two homes and many remodel projects under my belt, I have had too many projects that drag on and come with multiple conversations around minor mistakes or details that aren't quite right. That wasn't the case with Archadeck. There is not one bit of craftsmanship that doesn't exceed my expectations. They specialize in Timbertech. Ours is English Walnut with a 50 year warranty. In the northwest, I would never go back to a natural wood deck for any reason.

We found Archadeck on a flyer that came in our mail. We had just started to think about deck-replacement options and so we decided to call and get an estimate, just to see what we were getting into. Jamison was the representative that came by and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. The short version of the story was that we were happy with what he was telling us (options, budget, timing, etc.), that we decided that we wanted to commit to working with Archadeck. We decided to go with a re-deck to replace the actual deck level, but use the existing foundation (*note: our deck is elevated and not even close to ground level). We met initially met in late June, and we were not in any hurry to get it done, but we did have a family function on July 14; I clearly communicated that we had to have A deck for this function...and we were willing to wait to start until after July 14...because I needed a deck, and the old one would be fine if they could not have it done by July 14. Because it was a re-deck, we were told that they could likely get it done by our party. Now things were seeming too good to be true. Yes, this started to make me feel very nervous about our decision and moving and committing so fast. Jamison got in touch with the contractors who would be doing the project, and they came by the house to look at the deck and inspect the foundation, etc., and the project manager, Tim, agreed that they could definitely get it done by the July 14. Ok, it looks like we were going to have a deck for our family function. They demolished the old deck in a day, and they got to work right away. Things got started very smoothly, and the crew worked weekends and even on July 4th! They were nice to talk to, and I liked the fact that the information packet encouraged you to talk to and check in with the contractors and crew to make sure you were totally informed about what was going on. I appreciated this accountability that was offered. My only semi-complaint, was that the crew did not always show up on days they said they were going to. We did not have clear communication with them on this and it was minorly frustrating. Some of this did have to do with material delivery and also design discrepancies, but I feel communication could have been better on this, especially since we had so much communication in the grand scheme of the project. They did finish our deck by July 14. Now, it was not 100% finished, but it was usable for our family event and everyone LOVED it, even at 90% done. We got a ton of complements. After the event, the crew came back to finish the additions, and in doing so, they were not rushed and they took their time, and did an amazing and quality job. Some of the features we had: PVC decking, we raised the railing to 42 inches (an excellent decision!), we added privacy panels to one side, we added a bar top on one side, we had aluminum bars for the railings, and we added uplighting. They also added eye hooks on the underside for us to hang a swing for our little girl. We felt very comfortable with all of the initial steps in this process, and we felt very comfortable with everyone that we spoke with throughout this process. We enjoyed all the up-front information that we received, and we appreciated the check-ins and the accountability that they presented and we were very happy with all their communication and customer service. Every day, the deck was cleaned up and the materials were set away. If they moved something, they moved it back when they were finished. They hosed off the work space each day. They blew off all the dust each day. We felt comfortable with the crew the entire time they were here. Tim, the project manager, was here for the last 2 days putting all the finishing touches on things to close everything out, and he responded and took action to resolve any issues that we had (for example, we had to have them fix our access to our dryer vent). All issues were heard and addressed respectfully and corrected.

The entire crew from Archadeck were pleasant to work with and excellent at their jobs. They were patient with the changes we needed along the way. It was a pleasure to have them around, and we are incredibly pleased with the result. Would recommend highly to get a job done right.

Our project consisted of a large backyard deck, medium side deck, front and side steps. Plus some random repair work. The whole project was run very well with great communication. The crew was friendly and worked through some harsh weather conditions. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I met Steve Habib through a mutual friend. I needed extensive replacement of my deck at my Bellevue home. Initially I was skeptical about whether or not I was making a smart investment, however when the project was finished on time and budget, I was surprised to find myself falling in love with my backyard again. My husband and I canceled our out of state vacations this year and decided to enjoy our outdoor deck oasis with bbq-ing our friends and family. Not only are we satisfied customers but we would highly recommend to anyone creating your own private piece of heaven in your own home. It also increased the value of our home and we couldn’t not be more delighted.
