Direct Colors

Recently, I decided to give my patio a makeover with Direct Colors' Antiquing Concrete Stain, and wow, am I glad I did! But what really blew me away wasn't just how awesome my patio looks now--it was the incredible help I got from their customer service team. These folks were so patient and helpful, answering all my questions (and I had a ton) without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. They really know their stuff, and they guided me through the whole process like a friend would. And here's the kicker: they have all these super helpful videos and guides right on their website that made the whole DIY thing seem a lot less daunting. I was able to follow along and get everything just right because of those resources. My patio looks amazing, and I actually had fun doing it. I felt supported by the customer service team every step of the way, and it's pretty clear they care a lot about their products and the people using them. Great products, and even better people behind them.

Update: I received a phone call from the CEO of the company and they are looking at changing this policy to something that would be more equitable for both the customer and their business. I gave my initial rating based on my first impression that this company didn't care about their customers' experiences, but given today's conversation it's clear that impression wasn't true to how this company does business. I think it is rare that a company goes out of its way to really listen to a customer and consider a policy change based on feedback. Initial review: They charge a 20% restocking fee on returns, so that a simple mistake ends up costing the customer more than just the return shipping. It's a poor way to treat customers, and an even poorer way to get repeat business.

I have used Direct Colors several times,even to match grout color on an existing tile job that some one else had done. I called them for advice and they were very helpful. I would recommend them Brad Kutzer / Fine Carpentry

Huge failure! We finished our covered front porch using direct colors. The color Malaysian Buff turned out to be bright orange. Azure Blue was pretty until we applied the sealer then it disappeared. After 2 months the sealer no longer beads. This project has been a total disaster!

Please pay close attention to return policy. It is very restrictive. If you believe there is any reason to return product, the company will make it very difficult. Otherwise product is great.

I have used Direct Colors concrete pigments and Acid stains for projects for several years . The quality of their products is first rate and their service is awesome . I highly recommend them .
