Keystone Custom Decks is the absolute best. We had them build a custom deck & patio off our home in Newtown Square PA. The team they sent was very professional, courteous, skilled, kind, experienced, hard working, and meticulous. They took care of any questions or needs we had immediately. The follow up was great & the entire team at Keystone was just a delight to work with. We would highly recommend!!!

Their entire process, from sales through final inspection was flawless. They were on time, clean, polite, and hard working. Did I mention their work was utterly flawless. Working with Joe and then the design team was seamless. It was thrilling to see our ideas in a 3D rendering and walk-through. After that, we were sold! The best part of the project was seeing the vision come to life. For us, we had the pleasure to work with the best crew at Keystone. Our foreman, John, and his team Aaron and Mike were extraordinary and skilled. They were so professional and didn’t mind us lurking, asking questions and taking pictures of their exceptional craftsmanship. The crew arrived on time each morning and worked diligently all day. John was in constant contact with us if any changes were needed. We thoroughly enjoyed having this crew here each day and getting to know them. They became like family. I can’t forget about our mason team, Nate and Ray. They worked with us to make a few changes to grout color and patio stone without hesitation. Their masonry work is beautiful and adds such detail to our finished product. We can’t say enough about everyone that we have encountered at Keystone Custom Decks. Our finished outdoor oasis far exceeds our expectations. We have recommended Keystone to neighbors and friends and will definitely hire them again for any additional projects.

Keystone recently completed a two-phased outdoor project for us. From start to finish, Keystone was exceptional. They took the time to listen to our needs, understood our vision, and helped us create an unbelievable outdoor living space! Ron did a fabulous job helping us plan and customize our space. Look no further! Seriously - this was the best experience from the first inquiry phone call to the final completion. Ron Yoder was wonderful to work with. Very patient with our ever changing ideas. Our amazing project manager Merv and his team - Marlon and Johnny, were a pleasure to have at our home everyday! On time everyday, worked so hard everyday, friendly everyday. Keystone have just completed a facelift on our deck - that included the replacement of all the railings and installation of new lights. The outcome is fantastic and better than we imagined, plus the new lighting has added an extra dimension to the space. For the facelift all installation done in a day by a super hard working team. This is a great business and we've enjoyed working with them over many years.
