Pine Acres built a fabulous, well-constructed pavilion for our backyard in the summer of 2021! Spending more time at home and outdoors due to the pandemic, we wanted to invest in an upgrade to our previous set-up. We only wish we had made the investment with Pine Acres several years ago! The process of designing the pavilion was very easy using the website for various options and we were able to customize areas that were important to us. Pine Acres was very flexible and accommodating. We had them put a sealer on the tongue and groove ceiling and we chose to stain the outside on our own after construction. On the day of construction, a very professional team of 3 people arrived on-time and ready to build. They were a friendly and talented crew. Before starting, they confirmed placement and our expectations. By mid-day, we realized they were not only very knowledgable, but also very fast. Once complete, they touched base to make sure we were happy and then cleaned up the area not leaving any trace that they were ever there. We can't say enough positive things about Pine Acres and highly recommend them! We know our pavilion will withstand the harsh Ohio winters and provide years of enjoyment!

Our contact person at Pine Acres was very accommodating with answering our many questions. He was also willing to ship us a few extra supplies we needed to complete the project.

I had a 12x10 pavilion built in my backyard - I would recommend Pine Acres - they arrived on time were very professional and managed to build pavilion in a somewhat smaller space. They left the yard extremely clean without construction debris - I would highly recommend using Pine Acres

We found Pine Acres at the home and garden show and it has turned out to be one of the easiest and best home projects I've had. Just order it, they show up and install to your location and they're done in like a half day, all at a fair price. What I was impressed with is their ability to do it fast and with high skill. The installation and carpentry work was excellent. We are very happy - have the rough-wood 14' x 14' cedar pavilion right on our deck.

Dean and his crew were amazing. I met him at the Cleveland Home and Garden Show in February. We had to wait for a few zoning issues but once that was cleared up they came and set the poles on a Friday and came back the next week - they had it up in a little over 4 hours! They did a beautiful job - very particular and it shows. I had a different contractor come and do the masonry/electrical/hardscape work. It 16 x 16 in size and I am confident it will give us many years of happiness. A well deserved 5 star rating goes to Pine Acres!

12x14 Natural Cedar pretreated pavilion with dimensional shingle double roof and 1 foot overhang. Dean let me know they would be out around 1pm. They showed up 30 minutes early ready to work. They unloaded the things they needed and started the job. They worked very efficiently setting and anchoring posts first. Then the beams went into place followed by four roof sections. To finish they shingled the main roof and set the top of the double roof. They were finished before 4 pm. I am very impressed with the quality, construction, and overall finished product. The size fit our concrete pad exactly as I had planned with prior communication from the salesman and Dean. I would highly recommend Pine Acres Woodcraft to anyone looking for this type of structure!!!! Thompson family

My husband and I have taken on many big DIY projects over the years at home and on our farm. We are very particular and know first hand what quality work looks like. Mr. Troyer and Pine Acres Woodcraft went above and beyond to quite simply AMAZE us with their expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to give us exactly what we wanted. We purchased a cedar pavilion at the Pittsburgh Home Show and then had the guys put in a 12x20 ground level deck. * 1 Day* to build and install the entire project. 10/10 would do business again! Highly recommend. Best outside contractor we have ever hired.

I hired Pine Acres Woodcraft to construct a custom Pavillion for my back patio. I could not have picked a better company to work with. They came in took measurements, asked me what I wanted and went back to their shop and built my Pavillion ... delivered and put it up in two days... Dean, Zack and Kevin were polite, professional and a complete pleasure to work with . I would highly recommend them .
