About Us

Andersen Design Group is a full service residential/light commercial design|build firm completing projects ranging from small bathroom renovation to entire house work including additions and site work. We work with our clients from the initial concept and ideas through construction providing a comprehensive approach to the construction and home remodel business. Our materials, product selections and labor efforts are high-end quality, while keeping our clients’ budgets in mind throughout the process. From our extensive experience, we can bring new ideas and concepts to our clients and turn them into a cohesive final project reflecting our clients’ vision and needs and respecting the existing structures we work with. Throughout the process we provide updates in regard to schedule and budget, and discuss potential issues or changes that may be necessary in advance. That way our clients’ feel involved from start to completion.

Commented: PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THE SINK AND COUNTER TOP. WAS THE SINK MADE FROM THE COUNTERTOP MATERIAL?Yes, the sink is soapstone as is the countertop. The sink is actually a darker shade to make it stand out from the countertop. The fabricator has done many farmhouse sinks like this in different types...

Commented: I own a house (old tavern) build in 1790...I don't know where you are located, but soapstone is not expensive in the Philadelphia region. Plus, it is almost a DIY project, as you can use traditional tools with carbide blades/sandpaper to shape...
