For over 30 years, the Aulik companies have provided design and construction services for some of the finest properties in the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Our design services team uses state of the art architectural software to bring our clients dreams to a detailed plan. Our construction team of project managers, construction coordinators, carpenters, and trusted subcontractors bring the architectural plan to life. Gary Aulik: Hello, my name is Gary Aulik. I started my design and build business over thirty years ago. I spent the early years of my business listening to my clients' needs, advancing the designs, and personally executing them in the field. Whether my clients needed a deck designed and built or an entire kitchen remodeled, I was on site from start to finish. I think the years I spent building my business from the bottom up uniquely qualifies me to work closely with my clients and my network of "teammates", suppliers, and subcontractors. I love to create. Whether it's a solution for a new home or a mudroom in an old home, I love to create. My practical background in construction methods and costs benefits my clients as we make value decisions during the design phase that ultimately flows to the final product through construction. This balance between the "right brain" and "left brain" along with my hands-on approach, is what separates Aulik Companies from the rest. I know that there are generally several possible solutions to any problem. At Aulik Companies I am committed to finding the best one for the customer. I believe that until I have the opportunity to work for you the second time I haven't done the first job right!
