Beaver Mountain Log Homes provided us with the house of our dreams. After a decade of planning, BMLH designed and provided the package for our 11 thousand square foot log home in the Hudson Valley. Throughout the process the customer service and quality of the materials was excellent. The entire team was available immediately to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues that arose. This company starts with you from the first day and builds a relationship with their customers. They are with you until the end. They stand behind the product and are willing to correct any problems that occur even after the house is delivered. We had an extremely positive experience building a home with Beaver Mountain Log and Cedar homes. From our first meeting in October 2012 to our ground breaking in March 2013 to obtaining our C.O. in February 2014, Chris Weyer and his knowledgeable and professional team instilled confidence in us. We opted to build a modified version of the "Classic Log Lodge" in which BMLCH provided fluid expertise in collaborating with us on the design and design modifications. BMLCH connected us with three different approved builders for our area and we selected Arrowbrook Building and Remodeling, a local Sullivan County, NY, contractor. Our experience with Arrowbrook was and continues to be superb. Their long partnership with and experience building Beaver Mountain homes enabled us to confidently attend to our project from afar at our home in Florida. BMLCH crafted an amazing product, Arrowbrook built it flawlessly and we are reaping the benefits with a dream mountain getaway. We are blown away with its beauty and functionality. Guests gasp when they first arrive in the driveway and then, again, when they step inside and, again and again, as they turn each corner. We've found that owning a log home is a fairly universal dream for many people and we're living it! Few can believe that such a substantial and well-crafted home can be built in eleven months. Chris Weyer guided us through the trying times of building a house far from the home where we lived. He always listened, responded, and followed up with us. He continues to be a resourse for our homeowner questions, or directs us to the information we need. Chris is a nice guy and a professional. I continues to be a pleasure interacting with him.

My wife and I went to Beaver Mountain Log Homes to design our house. The design team listen to all our Ideas and delivered a package that met our needs. They took the design into production using top notch materials. We have been living comfortably in our home now for 12 years. Our family has expanded by two energized boys since building our home and everything still fits our needs because of the quality of materials and the time they spent upfront listening to and planning with us.

We purchased a log home package from Beaver Mountain Log & Cedar homes. From design to material selection to completion it was a great experience. They were very available, responsive to questions, and proactive in follow up. My builder was in contact with them often and any issues that arose during building were addressed quickly. There is no doubt we made the right choice to take our dream to reality.

Working with Beaver Mountain on our addition was a positive experience from the first day to the last. We added a master bedroom and bath, family room, mudroom/laundry entrance and garage, and our "old" porch was enclosed to make a pantry. The original home was sided in the same cedar siding matching the new addition. The guidance and support from Beaver Mountain was professional, skilled, and always available. The materials provided were of the highest quality, The outside cedar siding is 2 inches thick and both sides were stained before being brought to our site. The inside pine is amazingly beautiful and smooth. After blueprints were finalized we were introduced to three contractors who were scheduled at intervals to come to the site, along with B.M.'s Francie Cook, to meet with us and discuss the construction plans. They sent in their bids to B.M. for the project and chose the contractor we felt met our needs the best. This was wonderful since we had never been involved with a construction project before. The project was completed in a timely fashion and we are pleased with our new and improved home.
