We have had the good fortune to work on a number of projects with Carroll & Strong Builders. The work has ranged in size and style, from contemporary to traditional. The results have always been excellent! Clear communication with the site supervisors and the team in the office have made the experience of building a great pleasure. I was Project Architect for a modern residence in the Carmel area that was built by Carroll & Strong. After an exhaustive three-day process in which we interviewed six top contractors from the area and saw examples of their work, Randy and Jim were selected. The two principals have an excellent synergy; Randy Strong was outstanding throughout, but especially in the early stages, working with us to develop a budget that met our client's expectations and finding creative ways to do so. As the project moved into construction, Jim Carroll -- a detail-oriented, hands-on, builder -- worked closely with the superintendent, project manager, and the C+S subcontractors to build a very exacting project to a very high standard. I recommend them very highly.
