We have had a few different opportunities to work with Chris. The finished products exceeded our expectations. He is able to hear what you say and make it a reality, quickly navigating any obstacles along the way. He is mindful of budget considerations and attentive to customer feedback, always approachable and easy to track down. And he is as fine a person as he is a builder.

Chris has great architectural detail ideas, he helped us put together our dream home. He was pleasant to work with and alway strives to do the right thing and resolve any issues we had right away. I think he is very talented and honest as the day is long. I would build with him again! Great experience!

I had the best experience when building a new home with Chris. I think the things that stood out for me the most were his attention to detail and the way he actually listened to what I wanted. My vision for the home became his, and he followed through on every aspect from start to finish. There are always events that can delay construction (don't build a home if you aren't ready for that) but communication between builder and client is the key to making the process less stressful. Chris made sure I always knew what was happening and was easy to get in touch with when I had questions. The home turned out beautiful...I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris has a tremendous sense of style and creativity, and his homes have enormous curb appeal both on the inside and the outside. For the same price as a cookie cutter "clone" home, you can build with Chris and get a product with much greater quality and design flair than you would otherwise receive with a big box builder. Chris is a wonderful designer and builder. He listened carefully to our needs, explained the construction process so when we were too far out he let us know and then found ways to make it all work. Chris kept us in the loop every step of the way and the people he had work with us were top notch. I wish I could give more stars.
